Passed the age of 30 & aged gracefully 🤔. Now the age for growing old gracefully is past 30 🙄. I thought it was more along the lines of 59 🤷🏻♀️

Actually now that I'm thinking about it the first time I was called mam , I was mid 30s & I was like Excuse me , I'm not a mam yet. LOL ( Not ) but he cleaned it up ( I guess) by saying he was trying to be polite. But it definitely got me thinking

Same. Long story, but one of the earliest stories kept me from ending my own life one night. I knew it right then and there that Lighthouse is quite special indeed. There's a lotta heart & soul here.

@@janedoex1398yah I'm like 99% sure he booted his views. This guy has been relentlessly trying to play the TH-cam algorithm with clip bait titles and thumbnails. The guy did ok then suddenly ALL his videos go up by like 100k-300k. It doesn't make sense that suddenly in a week 200k+ people watch all his videos.
Agreed until his uncanny looking face started making an appearance. He's weird looking and his look spoils his voice for me. Could have done with never having seen it.

It was Irish, not Scottish. He called it Scottish, but the accents are very different and it was Irish.

I really liked this story! I especially like stories told by protagonists who are cops, telling stories of things they had experienced, and walked away from whole. This was a great demon killer story that uses an old trope in demonology. The idea that you can bring down the demon on someone you choose, but if that person is protected, the demon will turn on you. Sort of the idea of being careful what you meddle with. Great story, terrific characters and plot. Your narration is wonderful! Your voice accents the stories perfectly, with terrific tone and cadence. You bring the story to life.
I feel like alot of us listen to this to fall asleep so it's always sonweird to actually see him 😂
True. I do. But sometimes it’s cool to have a face to pair with a name. More often then not I have my back to the screen so it doesn’t matter really if he is on the screen or not.
I do find it really weird that he is now in the video all the time I don’t know why but it makes me uneasy more an easier even than the subjects!

He use to post 4-5Xs a week then went down to 1-2X a week. He has always done a superb job at narrating stories.

I liked it better, without knowing what he looked like. It takes away from my ability to suspend my disbelief. Now it's just some hipster doing weird voices.

I loved everything about this, the film noir style, the stimulating visuals, the story writing that was really quite good, and of course the narration. The voice acting of the female character was subtle in this one, I liked that it wasn't overdone. You made a great strategic move to go to this format and put yourself in the videos, it really adds to the story in a unique way. YT is at a bit of a low right now, after a retraction from the artificial inflation of the covid years, and a few other platforms diverting attention, but this is a brand like Coca-Cola, it will outlast the fads and market fluctuations. Keep making bangers like these, and your channel will take off like a rocket when it all comes back around. It will be sooner than later believe me.
I love, love your voice(and you're not hard to look at , too😊). My favorite stories from you are the grocery store ones. I love the humor the writer took, and you delivered them so well in their telling.

I have trouble going to sleep and I don't want to take sleep medications. I have found out, workout in the evening, followed by a light meal, and a good story on speaker, low volume - that puts me to sleep. Thanks for your stories.

I just started listening this channel a couple months ago and I run cranes on cargo ships unloading bulk cargo. We work for 12 hrs a day with no lunch break B/cuz We bring coolers with food and drinks up on the ships with us. When I start these channels I start at oldest first..and many of these newer videos are just older videos. And that sucks because I spend all those days listening and so many are repeats... not only this channel... many others as well. The best ones with least amount of repeats are channels where they read stories sent in By subscribers ..
All my many months of listening to Soo many channels im over the monsters. Look forward to hearing real life like stories hold the monsters.
