    Do you think it would be good if I drank a half gallon a day and ran on the treadmill? Would that work

      I drink a half gallon every day now so it definitely helps! Cardio is always a great fat burner but don’t feel like you have to run in order to lose weight if you don’t enjoy it.

    Sorry but this is quite silly and probably pushed by marketing or missinformation from the public. When you drink water like that your body just eliminates the excess, nothing else happens (unless you are a usually dehydated person), so basically nothing changes vs a normal intake. To see more absorption you should mix different water sources not just pure water from a water bottle, you can't induce your body to absorve drinking water beyond a certain point, also having a fixed target amount is senseless a more massive body will absorve to its proportions so 1 gallon for a large body is not the same ratio than for a smaller body, etc. On the other side if you drink too frequently you may be depleting absortion space for food intake which is another source of water so rather than benefitting you are loosing other sources which may lead to omeosthatic imbalances your body is simply not used to.

      No not really I have seen changes in my skin in just 2 weeks it definitely works
