- We finally tried the 1 ingredient paint "textured clay" vase trend! We are IN LOVE with how they came out, and it was under $5! We used some vases we thrifted and they look like brand new Restoration Hardware accent pieces. Hope y'all love them :)

I added baking soda and corn meal to make a thicker stone look.
Now I know how to paint glass, need to baking soda and acrylic paint. I paint a glass bottles before using poster paint, it takes year to dry haha!

how are these vases today? any chipping? do you recommend a primer as well? thanks!
No chipping! Primer isn’t needed
If you use plaster into your paint it will leave a really beautiful texture to your wall. Mix the paint right into the bucket get a nice thick roller and roll your walls. I use this method All over a house that I used to own

Are the all glass vases?

Hi did anyone tried. I did it was a success but after 2 days the vase was condensing due to the baking soda. Did anyone faced the same problem. Thks from Mauritius

Acrylic paint. I looked fabulous but a few days later started peeling off.
