Bro Cicero is actually an op companion and the best at sneaking

you give Cicero armor as a follower, and dismiss him , then you can pickpocket him for his clothes

you can strait up pickpocket his armor with a high enough lvl

Save him for the pillar of sacrifice in Boathia's quest.

Killing him is wrong morally.
The reason he conflicts with Astrid is because she abandons the tennants of the dark brotherhood and views herself as the leader rather than the night mother.
He is actually one of the only true dark brotherhood members alive - and without him, I think story-wise the brotherhood is doomed for sure.
Just wanted to add that additional dimension as to why he should be spared.

You're in a guild of paid killers, I don't think morals are much of a factor anymore.

I just followed that dog Barbus. Now I know why I don't follow him. He ditches you and passes right by all the enemies in the first area. Vampires. Oh so I hate vampires. I got no resistance against cold or electrical attacks. Trying a dark elf now. Vampires really hurt dark elves. I need to get that book of love quest going before I start any of these Daedra quests. The enemies all have magic attacks in these Daedra missions.

magic resitance/immunity is extermely useful and versatile in skyrim

@@connortodd4538 I was going to check out that stone power. I was up north so I got the Lord stone for now which helps against a mix of enemies better. Oh I got a plate of Nordic boots with 15 percent fire resistance from a chest. That was rather immediately disenchanted. Dark elves already have a lot of fire resistance. Working on enchanting. I am building a dark elf spell sword class setup using heavy armor for now. I got the creation club iron armor from the quest. Its enchantments help a lot. I think I will need to purchase a necklace of magic resistance soon I am already at level 15. Focusing on warrior skills for now and mage later. Got a letter from a friend. I need to locate some place called Folgunthar now. First I need one hand training from Amren in Whiterun. I have a wad of money to spend over 6k.
