I used to hate on drag races like these, but I finally realized that for every 5 second race, there's hours of work that goes into making a car be the fastest off the line. Not to mention the hours spent at a job to be able to afford to upgrade your personal vehicle. May not require quite as much skill as a circuit race, but I respect the dedication that it takes to do this kind of race. I know this kid is huge and sponsored and stuff, but I respect the little guys that do it for themselves and the love of going fast in a car.

Circuit racers need to do everything a drag racer does and still have to deal with corners, tires, fuel, strategy, stamina, etc. Whereas a drag racer doesn't need to be skilled in fuel saving, tire saving, stamina to race for hours and deal with ever changing g-forces, racing lines around a track, pit strategy, overtaking on the track, etc. A race start from the grid is literally a huge drag race with like 20 cars.
