Sorry to hear your experience is not good. This video seems more like frustration from the non working model. We are using this Philips Masticating juicer for more than 4 years and its a beautiful equipment to get fresh juice instantly. We totally love it and the best part is the slow process, preserving the nutrients and delivering the fresh juice which is not possible when we buy any bottled juice.
Thanks for pointing out the moist leftovers. Did you manage to find one that wastes less juice? Centrifugal ones were always good at it but they were pain to clean. I'm wondering if there's some other slow juicer, maybe even a bit more expensive that may be way more efficient.
Search for Philips Avance Juicer HR1947/31 , I think it is also cold press but not sure. But it extracts Up to 90% of juice. More than this one. Which is the major flaw here.
I was about to buy this 30 mins ago . I was in between sharp (as it half of the price) or philips . I just watched the review from sharp ones also disappointing . Now i dont know what to buy. But thank you so much for your video
After seeing another video of yours, I decided to buy this juicer, because if the juicer survived a savage abuse like this, that means the machine is quite strong.

Russell Hobbs Slow Juicer might be the best choice. They produce the pulp till dry (not moist) . 👍
