It was lovely to see you all together, I do t think the prices are bad for booths, I had a booth for years and it can’t be thrift store prices, those people work hard to find the goodies, clean then sometimes paint them, or repair them, haul them. They also pay rent and commission on sales so they will charge more, I know thrift stores are getting more expensive these days, I don’t know why as they get stuff for free. So my little 1925 house ..I also love that style in my home .. the pie cabinet was a great price Years ago about 2530 years ago I was antiquing in the Heights and this one store has both antiques and handcrafted items. Well believe it or not I bought this really cute round. I guess it would be an end table but I kind of use it like a coffee table because my house is so small I paid $230 but I’ve had it in 30 years. It still looks the original same it’s a round table with all handmade parts legs everything side very sturdy. It’s one of my Charit pieces in the house and everybody always tells me and I’ve had it for years. I paid a lot to get it but I’ve had it for 2530 years and I drink my coffee on it and carry things on it so that little pie cabinet will pay off in the long run. It’s beautiful

Cami, I too have a few ashtrays that I’ve found at thrift stores and garage sales. I’ve just repurposed them. One holds coasters on the coffee tables. The other holds my rings by the kitchen window sill. Etc. using it as a soap dish is also a good idea.

Thanks for watching! Yes, both Sarah's were unable to make it this year. We were so sad!! Hopefully next. This all just started during covid. Sarah (she holds dearly), Lisa and I had already been great friends from meeting up at blogger conferences. When covid cancelled it all, we decided to just hold a small retreat that year. Sarah felt prompted to invite Andrea, whom none of us had met before. Inviting Kristen this year has a hold amazing "God story" behind it as well, and we feel the Lord has truly brought us all together. It's amazing to find people who you can relate to so much and have so much fun together - even from all over the US! Thanks so much for enjoying bits of it with us!!
Oh - I should also mention Laura came with us the second year! I've enjoyed many events with Lisa and her sisters and it just feels natural to have them together. Haha!

I hope you took them by the Logan temple if they love old...I was wondering how they would do staying in a LDS home..Since some are coffee drinkers. Your home is beautiful and your homestead. I felt some jealousy vibes from the other creators
I see this problem a lot with YT’s that travel and thrift. You all could buy things that didn’t go back in a suitcase if you just go to ups/ FedEx/ usps and ship a box of items home. You will be back home before it arrives and then you could each do a haul on each of your channels.
I tend to think every time I see these ladies thrifting in the Midwest/Great Lakes area our prices here in the western US are much higher. Not many bargains here.

I'm in Australia 🇦🇺 and some of what I saw in the antique shops, you'd pick up dirt cheap in our Op shops or thruft shops as you call them.

It might depend on where you are in Utah, for one thing. Also, Cami and her friends probably have a different aesthetic than most DI stuff.

It’s sad that these Antique malls sell others peoples discards and trash for soo much. It’s to pay for their rent and workers wages I’d assume.
