Because i won't buy a ffing console ever again! Games like Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance 2 were not available for PC for the longest time! And the only way to play them was Emulation. my only critique for game pass is that its is a massive flat library, leaving little to no incentive to buy the actual game. I think it would probably work better if they had their main exclusives and most popular games on game pass, and the rest rotate in and out of game pass over a month or 2.

Why not buy a Gaming Laptop. It's about the same as buying a Steam Deck. ASUS ROG Zephyrus 17. Ryzen 9 5950UM. RTX 4080. 32 gb of DDR 6. 1TB M.2 SSD. $1,300. And I can add another M.2 SSD later on. It gets about 30 minutes of battery life in high end gaming. But I can play all day long plugged in. Like the Steam Deck, it's not upgradeable.

I have an Xbox. I'm not a bot though. It's good that Hi-Fi rush is going to other consoles as well as Sea of Thieves. Console people do not do very well on PCs at all. Sorry to say I’m a gamer. I play every single system including PC and I’ve had quite a few friends pick up PCs and just have nothing but problems. They don’t know what they’re doing consuls make it easy you just download the game and play it. PCs are more complicated so a lot of people that only play on consoles don’t really understand you have to mess with the settings you have to do patchesand other things and then all they do is complain that PC is terrible which it’s not. It’s just you have to know how to tweak the settings unless you have a really expensive PC like me and it’s always on max settings.
For the last time. Sony does not care about you. Microsoft Does not care about you. They only care about your money you spend on their products! And I'm a PC gamer and do not care about a company. I use a gaming laptop because my apartment has shit wiring that won't handle anything above 600 watts. A gaming laptop is more powerful than a steam deck and it's easier to pack up take with me on trips compared to a pc gaming tower. 95 percent of games I play on steam are older games/Indies or AA that don't need a powerful rig to run.

They own the most played PlayStation game over pretty much any PlayStation exclusive.
Game pass is the best deal in gaming right now and they just got all of that content day one.
my only critique for game pass is that its is a massive flat library, leaving little to no incentive to buy the actual game. I think it would probably work better if they had their main exclusives and most popular games on game pass, and the rest rotate in and out of game pass over a month or 2.

It's only a matter of time. Exclusives are causing the console downfall because console sales are stagnant. Someone did a "fun fact", and showed that if you combined Xbox and PlayStation sales each console generation since the PS2 era, you average 180 million consoles sold. Give or take 10 million. Imagine, in 20 years, the market hasn't grown one bit. And gaming costs just keep rising.
I do see Sony releasing games like Helldivers 2 on Xbox, because there's only positives for them. More money, more players.

If they sell loads then it opens up the possibilities for more titles to go multi platform and if they don’t sell well then Microsoft will know that it’s not worth the hassle. As a multi platform gamer myself, I’m happy to play games on any platform as long as the game peaks my interest.

The fact that we have concrete data that the console space will never grow larger and that exclusivity doesn’t sell consoles there is no reason for exclusives other than gatekeeping.
If I felt betrayed and wanted to rid my xbox series x console I would sell it on ebay along with the games or if there is a video game store like gamestop sell it for store credit. Then it would be easier to buy a ps5 because we are talking about a 500 dollar system which maybe even more expensive depending on which region of the world you live and up to 70 dollars for a game. Why not buy a Gaming Laptop. It's about the same as buying a Steam Deck. ASUS ROG Zephyrus 17. Ryzen 9 5950UM. RTX 4080. 32 gb of DDR 6. 1TB M.2 SSD. $1,300. And I can add another M.2 SSD later on. It gets about 30 minutes of battery life in high end gaming. But I can play all day long plugged in. Like the Steam Deck, it's not upgradeable.

I have an Xbox. I'm not a bot though. It's good that Hi-Fi rush is going to other consoles as well as Sea of Thieves. What the ponies don't know or won't accept is that Xbox is still going to get their money. If I recall correctly, the other platforms are paying Xbox for the license to sell the game. Ponies are quite simply putting more money in Xbox's pockets, so in a way, they are Xbox fanboys as well. Thank God I'm a gamer instead of a console warrior. Console people do not do very well on PCs at all. Sorry to say I’m a gamer. I play every single system including PC and I’ve had quite a few friends pick up PCs and just have nothing but problems. They don’t know what they’re doing consuls make it easy you just download the game and play it. PCs are more complicated so a lot of people that only play on consoles don’t really understand you have to mess with the settings you have to do patchesand other things and then all they do is complain that PC is terrible which it’s not. It’s just you have to know how to tweak the settings unless you have a really expensive PC like me and it’s always on max settings.
For the last time. Sony does not care about you. Microsoft Does not care about you. They only care about your money you spend on their products! And I'm a PC gamer and do not care about a company. I do care about the quality of my games. If it's full of woke gay shit, I will not buy it. Keep your personal issues out of games if you want to make money.

I use a gaming laptop because my apartment has shit wiring that won't handle anything above 600 watts. A gaming laptop is more powerful than a steam deck and it's easier to pack up take with me on trips compared to a pc gaming tower. 95 percent of games I play on steam are older games/Indies or AA that don't need a powerful rig to run.
