Loving that beer-crate shaped bottle opener the Taiwan Beer girl brought. Dinners at ReChao restaurants are the best when visiting with a bunch of good people. Can get loud, however. On the Cloaca: I once ordered chicken's ass rather than chicken's tail on a nightmarket - and being a wee bit surprised about the shape of the things on that skewer. And yes: ran into Allen last Saturday at 4am in la Bodega. Taichung really is kind of a village grown out of proportions. PS: Gaoliang is good for degreasing smooth surfaces and should not be swallowed.

9:29 is Daqu liquor(大麯酒) refers to the strains used for fermentation, while sorghum liquor(高粱酒) refers to the raw materials. The grains fermented by Daqu liquor may be sorghum, rice, wheat or other whole grains, so they cannot be collectively called sorghum liquor.
Is that a bottle of KAVALAN 'Solist Port Cask' on the table (with a broken off cork? ) and you take shots of it? That's like drinking beer out of mug with ice cubes 😅 or vntage wine through a straw. - That bottle is roughly £150 in the UK (if I'm right and it's from the solist range)

那是新世界,超商買到的,連我這個台灣人都喝不下去啦
另外做為苗栗土生土長的人,我除了純米酒和清酒製成(可能還有台灣啤酒)外,我很少喝苗栗出產的酒。
清酒類可以找台中霧峰農會,很強
蘭姆酒可以往雲林嘉義找,我認識不少釀造者都超級強
琴酒類我沒啥印象,可能喝琴酒時都是已經很暈了。
啤酒還是有點特色的,最近競爭者很多,我也還沒有空完全喝完
苗栗的話,果實類的酒(例如葡萄酒)、米酒類的都還可以,但我真的不推薦高粱。阿苗栗又沒多少地方產高粱。
最後的結尾 愛倫好像喝高了 哈哈哈
高粱.要是拿去冷凍的話.會很順口...相對來說啦!!

比較好奇,其他加拿大人喜歡吃熱炒嗎?又油又鹹又辣的熱炒跟加拿大食物差很多吧?
鹹不是問題,各國的下酒菜基本上都是重口味,台灣熱炒在鹹度這點還只是幼幼班等級,日本居酒屋食物更鹹,但油這點的確很多剛來的外國人很難適應
高粱味道和後勁都很可怕,通常都是酒豪在喝的😆
