I lay my quilt out on a flannel backed tablecloth (on the floor) and roll it up when I am happy with the placement of all the pieces. Then I just unroll it a little at a time as I sew it together!! I mostly make mosaic t-shirt quilts so it works fabulously for me!!
I love the elegance and simplicity of Misty's pattern. It would be sweet to applique a gold star at the top of some the trees, just scattered randomly. I also love everyone's hair today! So cute.
I love when you get together for “Triple Play.” It’s always wonderful to see you all together, working in unity, and sharing such beautiful projects with us.Thank you - always🤗🦩
Thank you, Doan ladies, for 3 gorgeous patterns. I usually have one favorite on triple play but I have three favorites this time. The angles on Natalie’s will spin my head a little but it will be so worth it. I love the clean, contemporary look of Misty’s pattern and it’s so simple! And Miss Jenny, yours has the perfect scrappy look! Three big winners!
I’m beginning to see a definite pattern to these three ladies’ design style. Jenny tends to be traditional. Misty is modern and Natalie is very artsy. All are extremely creative! Something for everyone.
I love you guys together. And your honesty on things that happen to you makes me feel better. Sometimes I feel so dumb LOL. At my age the brain doesn’t work all the time. ❤️. Thank you.
That is a very cool set of 3 designs. I love Jenny’s bc it’s so funky. Natalie’s is very geometric and popping. Misty’s is more traditional with a twist. I love how y’all are so creative.
I have been quilting for almost 2 years. My first Christmas I took on a monumental Christmas tree runner. I did not have a pattern, I had to make it up as I went. Needless to say the "first runner" took me over 8 hours of sewing, ripping and recutting. UGH! I so wish I had this wing cutting template, as it would have made everything easy peasy. Jenny, for some reason your quilt reminds me of gnome hats! I love this new cutting tool!
Love them all! Natalie's design & fabrics are way fun & getting 2 runners from 1 Charm pack for Misty's :) I just want to cuddle with Jenny's flannel quilt!
Love love love them all! I have some flannel layer cakes I hadn’t dared touch because of all the warnings about prep work (starching, pre-wash, basting). That Jenny Rip has erased all fear!! Thank you all for sharing your talents! ❤️
I love the Triple Play and this is another great tutorial, thank you for charing your ideas with us. For Natalie's layout I thought it could be help full to take a photographs of it, so if start to be confused by recreat it, you can check the pics.
I just saw the mini-snip of the wedge star. With the wing instead, it'll go smoother. No need to find middle of wedge. I already ordered the set. Thank you.
I've been watching Natalie since her debut and I know it sounds weird but I have such a love for her. It's funny but when you watch someone grow up and have get married and have kids you really form an attachment . Not trying to be creepy but thinking outloud as I watch and contemplating human behavior as it relates to things we watch on youtube. I remember thinking "OMG that's Jenny's daughter, she's so cute!" . Gosh, I've been watching and learning from Jenny so long. Since her first video. How time flies. I just love you all. Thank you for being there to help get me through some tough times with those wonderful smiles and happy fabrics. God bless you all.
Another great trio of fun! Love “Triple Play “ days. Oh, and the “Jenny rip” had me rolling!! The fun y’all have… 😃 Thank you for sharing. Happy quilting! 🧵
Ah, the gorgeous fabrics!!! Always wonderful seeing you guys! Misty, your hair and nails are beautiful! God bless you all for teaching us so much over the years and inspiring us to be creative in our own unique ways! Love from Florida!
Those are all wonderful. Loved the confusion with Natalie's quilt. That would definitely be me. lol Love the expression on everyone's face with the Jenny Rip.
I enjoyed watching how all three quilts were made. Ladies, you are truly blessed with talent and creativity in quilting. God bless and have a wonderful day.
I so loved all 3 quilts and the mini’s too. When Misty did a Jenny rip oh my hand went up to my mouth I was saying oh no, it all turned out!! Way to go Ladies, you all are awesome..
I once made a sweet dress out of burnt orange solids with animals prints which were black and white. After I finished the dress and tried it on, I saw that I'd sewn the animals upside down. Knowing how much time I'd put into its finish and I was planning on wearing it to greet my husband arriving at the airport from a business trip, I made a decision to wear it anyway and I dubbed it my "Upsie Downsie Dress". It was a hit with my sewing friends.
I am from way down under and have only been quilting for a year. I am always inspired with the various tutorials that are shown. Sadly unable to purchase the charm packs etc due to no international mailings due to limited flights due to Australia being in constant coved lock downs. Not many variety’s available so next year hopefully when things go back to some sort of normality shall spend up big. Again ladies l enjoy watching and learning
Love the layered diamonds Nat. 💎 Also the cute tree table runner by Misty. 🌲 Jenny, your flannel print is so gorgeous. Great work ladies. Thanks for all you do to teach us. Love the "Jenny rip". 😊
I just love the "tree farm" . Before you said it, that is what I was thinking. I can't wait to make it. Jenny and Natalie both had fantastic ideas as well. I see using this template quite a bit in my future!
Cute quilts!❣ a family in our town used to hang a bare branch tree, that she had painted white. But it was hang upside down, showcased in her front window.
I love watching the triple plays, I love how each one is so different and unique like the ladies who created them. I just found and started binge watching all your videos last month, love, love, love them, can't get enough!
L0VE the reincarnation of the tri rex ruler ... bigger for bigger units and faster sewing.... Looking forward to getting my templates ... Have the perfect fabric for it.
Wow Natalie I really love the layered diamonds, Misty you did an awesome Job, the first thought that came to my mind was a Christmas tree farm. Jenny I love the flannel, the design is very unique, I think it would be a good pattern to use up my scraps and make a scrappy quilt. thank you for this lovely tutorial ladies.
You gals knocked it out of the park with this triple play!! Sew, sew, sew cute! Inspiring. ❤️🧵🪡
Hey Jenny... scrappy is what i love about MSQC... you embrace it!!! With softness too boot!!!

Brilliant!!
I love the elegance and simplicity of Misty's pattern. It would be sweet to applique a gold star at the top of some the trees, just scattered randomly. I also love everyone's hair today! So cute.
Or even add some star buttons (depending on age and use)
First thing I thought when I saw Misty’s quilt was it looked like a Kansas field of blown trees! I loved all of the quilts in this Triple Play!
Love the patterns, especially Misty's. You ladies are so blessed to be able to create together as a family. 💞💞💞
I love watching you lovely ladies! It's so refreshing to see the kindness and respect you all have for one another.

How lovely are all 3. I love the three of you working together. Thanks😊
Jenny saying to us watching, "I can't do it", was so funny! Most of us are angularly challenged. Ugh.
Beautiful! Love all three, but Misty’s is my favourite!
Love, love, love them all!!! Thank you for always inspiring me.
Always love the Triple Play!
I like the fabric in Jenny's mini better than in the large, which I think was too busy to look at. Thanks for demos on that method--quick and easy!
I loved all of Triple Play patterns. Hope you have it in your Block book .
Jenny's version would be great for a remembrance quilt of a man's shirts.
Lovely ladies with awesome projects !
I can't wait to get my templates so I can make one of these quilts. Beautiful.
I can imagine Misty's "Tree Farm" in fall colors, or maybe spring, when the redbud trees first come into bloom.
They are all beautiful
Wow Natalie I really love the layered diamonds, Misty you did an awesome Job, the first thought that came to my mind was a Christmas tree farm. How did you know that I was looking for a "wing?" I am so excited for the template to come.
