Many people know about duties and lifestyle of an I.A.S or I.P.S officer but we know very less about an I.F.S ( Indian foreign services ) officer. Please do at least one episode with an I.F.S officer so we will also get to know about them and their duty.
From what we have heard from the horses mouth - is they work as night owls in their respective offices if they are on the other side of the globe. Boy, do they suffer from inferiority complex when they meet accomplished citizens in the embassy. They are desperate to meet the IIT/IIM/Financial executives - always campaigning for themselves - a poor bunch of people who are desperate, deeply desperate . *They have zero pride in the country they represent* . And if these guys are from the reservation category they suffer all the more greatly. Just my 2 cents. thank you

One cannot be become aware about The rural India just by reading books about Rural India, it's the one who travels and looks at the situation there Am not saying reading isn't good but it's not all reading without implications and real life practical are not of such use . Always the ground reality is quite different from that of books ,,, Well great episode !.

Shark tank India, the show is a testimony of how urban India is still blind to rural India and potential for businesses through problem solving. Peyush Bansal though ,of shark tank is one investor/business man who is really trying to understand the need of the country and its future. It's heartbreaking to see how these businessmen/women have denied investments in products representing Indian culture eg ayurveda, agriculture etc but invested in pop culture borrowed from the west. Farmer's sons like kamlesh on the show was denied any investment from all others except Mr Bansal.. When the world is stampeding on Ayurveda, our indian business men are defying it as non scientific or quackery Truly heartbreaking for us as indians. We have the gold, but running for paper elsewhere!!

I am a software engineer from Bangalore and I can say that the reason why felt more inclined towards getting a job in IT sector than to try UPSC is because,it is easier for a General Merit candidate like me to get a job in private sector than to battle reservation quotas in government jobs. Also,with right efforts,I can earn a lot of money in lakhs and don't have to move from place to place on regular basis. End reservation system and then,you can start seeing even English speaking folks try out UPSC
Well written. 💯 percent support for this. I believe that everybody must have equal rights and opportunities. Education system and competitive examinations just be solely based on merit. I do agree that there are genuine families utilizing the reservation system. But it is extremely painful , with all due respect , for example when a general merit student gets a different cutoff when compared to others. And this is started right from the get go starting at the University level , which in fact makes us look for other options where merit is valued over caste and categories
TIPS:- You can talk about ideas and methods to know our country well and what we can do to improve it. There is a youtuber "Soch by Mohak", you can take topics inspiration from that. Topics like-- How and where we can read approved research papers related to Indian policies and how it is affecting common people. How Indian youth leaders are encouraging new generation, are they going in similar path as their previous politicians or destructive ideologies (Related to casteism or bad politics... etc).
