If you placed a large round magnet under the center and an opposite pole magnet on the bottom of the wheel and a shaft that the wheel goes loosely over, the wheel could repel/levitate and then spin on the shaft freely cutting down any drag. The wheel will be free floating and your outside magnets should keep in going with much less resistance. I helped my son do an experiment once and the base magnet was from a CB antenna. We glued magnets to repel on the bottom of the round disc that repelled over an inch above the base magnet and spun freely on the shaft.

Learn real engineering. This is nonsense. See the copper wire . To create electricity the magnet need to rotate perpendicular to the coil. This is fake and might generate half a volt if you could get it to spin perpetually which you cant because it defies all known laws of physics. Check out electrobooms video on free energy.

Magnet cab also a source of running the bicycle wheel. Making the wheel rim by magnet and by fixing the magnet on the cycle frame near the rim and mud guard. I think it is possible if intence magnetic induction force could be produce by any process.
