Welcome to Jinjer. Tatiana is a vocal genius and the band is top tier. To appreciate how good they are react to their live material. I recommend "Perennial" live at Wacken or "Who is Gonna be the One" (Live, Napalm Records). They are an Ukrainian band who had to leave their home due to the war. They will be touring with Disturbed later this year. They have been raising money for humanitarian relief for their homeland since the start of the war.
Welcome to the Jinjer rabbithole ! If you are not used to listen to metal music, you should start with "Pisces" (studio live) or "Perennial" (Live in Wacken 2019). Great reaction !
Reggae and heavy metal? Check out Skindred. A couple of songs "Rat Race" and "Nobody". A good mix as well. Jinjer is definitely a band to look into as well. They are so diverse with their music.
Came here to say this. Skindred are a MUST if you wanna see what reggae metal is like, or go to thier early stuff under the name of Dub War. This is the only overly reggae 8nfluenced song jonjer does tho, but thier back catalogue is amazing.
Tati was the lead singer of a Reggae band before she joined Jinjer. She is heavily influenced by Bob Marley, Gwen Stefani (Ska), and Amy Winehouse (Soul, R&B, Jazz). The guys compoase all the music and then gives it to her to write the music. She writes all music in Russian first and then translates to English for the final sing through. Nice reaction.
She even drops bars. Teacher, teacher. They have a massive influence outside metal (which they listen to least). Jazz, reggae, classical, rap, pop and more. They blend it all. Tati has fronted so many different types of music. Nothing is the same from them.
Welcome to Jinjer fellas. Great reaction. Y'all definitely zoned out for a bit. Haha. If y'all want more check out their live stuff such as "Perennial live at Wacken Open Air", "Who Is Gonna Be The One live", "Retrospection live in Melbourne" and "Cloud Factory official live video". Their music can be a bit complex at times. I highly recommend looking into headphones to get the full effect of the guitar, bass and drums.
subbed my friends & welcome to the JINJER family... Take your time for this extraordinary band from UKRAINE. This band is world class in every respect, the music, the lyrics, the rhythm and changes in style within a song, and the 4 musicians are absolutely humble and authentic people. As long as I've been listening to music and am a musician myself, and that's been the case for a very long time, you find a band like this once every decade. maybe the next song: JINJER - Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019) | Napalm Records and then maybe: JINJER - Wallflower (Official Video) | Napalm Records many thanx for your reaction and warm greetings from germany.
You need to do Skindred! They are the kings of the ragga/metal crossover. Benji, the lead singer is from Kingston Jamaica. I love anything off their first album ie. Nobody, Set it Off and Pressure. Welcome to the world of metal crossovers. Also, check out Spiritbox. Courtney is incredible!

Jimjer often mixes different genres into their music... reggae, pop, and rap- all mixed with their own flavor of metal
