I think its also smart to think about a good strategy… if you then think about building smart attachements and maxing out the possibilities of both motors you can easily score 90 points in one run with nearly no driving…
We are completely new to FLL. Can you pick up an object that has been pushed into home base? For example: can you pick up the krill and put it in a bucket attachment to feed the whale, provided the robot brings the krill to home base?
Can u plss share the steps or make a video on how to make the attachment you made for collection of CORALS & KRILLS?? I have my FLL championship coming up...I need it!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻

Im in a FLL team, sure will try this.
We’ve got comp with u if u in middle school
You can also build off a gear box to do multiple missions using one motor. Passive attachments are great though
I've just been opened to a world of lego robot building

💯%
I actually tried a similar design and it was great
I'm now in frc, but at least im mentoring a fll team!
Thank you so much

Yes! It is a good strategy to bring items back to base so you can pick them up.
@nextlevelteacher does that also include the shark once it has been pushed off the platform and off the mat?
@@cabinkate6672 yes
where can I find the plans to build this attachment?

its easy, just create a box shape, then add beams going down, and a beam that stops them from going backwards (search up one-way gate)
@xPlayer150 thanks 👍

Dang I haven't thought about FLL in about a decade...
Can you show the code of this
Great idea but is it a bit too bulky
I didn't think your supposed to move the coral peices
The strategy here is to move the coral to clear a driving path, then place it back on the field at the end.
@@nextlevelteacher That is so smart
IM DOING THIS!!
What LEGO kits have u used??
Spike with a few extras
