Thanks for taking the time to check us out! The honest feedback is much appreciated. Just so you/customers are aware: as mentioned, we have done tons of testing with the back plate design and are very confident in its durability, but we're also so confident in it that we are willing to provide a lifetime warranty on our 3D printed parts. If they ever do break for any reason, we're happy to replace them at no charge.
Also, regarding the pricing, we're definitely doing our best there. Keep in mind, these cheaper aliexpess units didn't exist before we started selling our Bridget units a little over a year ago. Seems like a lot of big factories overseas got some ideas once they saw people talking about us. We're working to reduce prices and add more value as quickly as possible, but we're just 3 buddies (2 with full time jobs outside of SGF), and not some big company with tons of resources. We also have zero intention of decreasing our dedication to customer service or to stop making our products by hand in the USA -- so they'll always be a little more expensive than stuff from big overseas factories, but we do expect to be able to get close and remain competitive with time :)

In case anyone stumbles across this video they now do have a Bridget available with USB pass-through and the aux port for $95

Thanks for the update! Good to see they’re adding more features. The SGF Alpha also seems like a big step too which is a nice addition to their line up.

@@ChronoAscension no problem :) I only know because I almost bought a Faust but once I realised the only difference between them was RGB and that RGB was a $20 upcharge the choice was easy for me :D
And yes their high end model does seem like a massive step up :) I hope they keep improving as they seem like really nice guys from what I've heard
