- I love me some Street Fighter and Hope you guys do too. Trying to put some more of this content on the channel. Hope you guys enjoy the video!
Controller I used in this video:
• ARCADE PCBS Slab Mini ... - เกม
Thanx bro this really helped me out alot I couldn't get the hang of I modified my 8bitdo arcade stick into a leverless 8bitdo and this video made Me love that thing even more I was getting ready to go back to stick thank u!! Need more videos like this
Glad I could help!
on this SOCD i find holding forward then just clicking down and punch does the trick for dp, comes out every single time and its the absolute best way to cancel crouching jabs or anything with a short link windows into dp
I need to try this. I can barely ever get a DP cancel from a light kick
Thanks for the info. Scared to update the firmware on my hitbox to test this. Definitely not entering an official SF6 tournament so not in a rush 😂
Found this video highly informative and the most persuasive in the advantages of leverless. How do you find using your ring finger? Is leverless comfortable for your finger joints? And do you find leverless to be a disadvantage for grapplers like Zangief? Thanks again and I look forward to more of your content
Thanks for the kind words! Well I have played guitar for most of my life so I'm not sure if that makes my adaptation to leverless an outlier but it has been pretty quick for me personally. Your ring finger and middle finger are difficult to differentiate for fast directions/combos. Doing a full circle motion is essentially rolling your fingers off the buttons and not too bad imo!
I just made a lever less controler about two weeks ago, I couldn’t play long because my fingers would start to hurt to bad. That may be from me holding the buttons down with a lot of force. It’s not so bad anymore though.
Is pretty bad for 720 inputs you will have alot of miss inputs I wont recomend
Thats my boi controller it so awesome!!
Damn Steven, you just solved all of my input problems! Thank you!
"Fighting game purists hate him! How this player found *one weird trick* to buffer hadoukens and supers." 😊
Haha glad I can help! Definitely helps out in game execution using this trick!
Awesome stuff. Can you do a video on how you go into the desktop app and change colors and other features?
I definitely could, but hush my sweet already went in depth about that. Check his video out! If you still need some help just let me know 👍
@@StevenMakesVids thanks! appreciate it. last question, how long do you think it would take to learn the muscle memory of using one of these coming from a fightstick?
4:41 - What "1f link" are you referring to?
A term used in games like SF4 where you had to time your input perfectly in one frame out of 60 per second making those combos extremely difficult
@@StevenMakesVids I know what 1f link means. I'm a long time SF4 player. But in the video you're doing cr.HP xx HP DP and st.HP xx HP DP, both of which don't require any links. Not to mention SF6 having a large input buffer.
Great video. Very helpful thank you.
How do crosscut dp still work with this method?
Appreciate it! Would be difficult to explain in a comment. Check out MDZ JIMMYs video he just made on crosscuts 👍🏼
What is the display on your stick showing the inputs
It is an OLED panel that comes with the SLAB MINI from arcade pcbs
Sorry me please but i must ask if you can text me the shortcut for the super, i haven't understand it.
Apart from this my bad...man you did a really useful video! :) Am waiting for the hitbox that i pre-ordered and even if it's not properly the same thing am doing practice wit hthe keyboard
Sure thing, you just hold down and tap forward/up back and forth until you push your punch/kick. Good luck with learning it's a lot of fun!
@@StevenMakesVids uh thousand thanks man for the answer...am honest, it seems to be harder compared with the standard motion (qcf x2, or...236236) but i'll try it, thanks again!🙂
P.s.- Do you think that the motion you explained me works better when i must buffer?
Hi! How long did it take you to get conformable on leverless after you got it?
Very useful video btw👌
This is actually a topic I plan on making a video on! Truthfully I am still getting used to it. But I've managed to keep my diamond rank without falling too low which is nice haha
I've never played leverless, but I've played stick for the last 10 years..... somehow I pretty much picked it up over a weekend and felt super comfortable by the next week. I'm currently playing Guile and Ryu, if that helps.
Great! Thx a lot for the feedback. I order last week a Keebbrawler-01 from Mavercade, can't wait for it to get here😁
I’m having trouble with the combo into super part. How do you super after a dp? I hold down and press fwd and I just get dp when I press a punch button
As soon as you get the input for DP out you hold on the DOWN button. Then while holding the DOWN button press FORWARD -> Jump x2 rapidly then your kick/punch button. It takes a second to get used to but once the muscle memory is down you'll be solid
@@StevenMakesVids what about when you said you are buffering super. Just hold down and press the fwd button rapidly then hit a punch button and super will come out. It’s not working for me. I just get dp
@@treya468 do you have the proper SOCD setup on your controller? Or do you have the old SOCD setup?
@@StevenMakesVids no it’s the new one. I updated it today. But I kind of understand what you’re saying now.
@@treya468 remember when holding the down button and pushing FWD->JUMP->FWD-JUMP-punch/kick that you are not pressing any of the FWD/Jump/punch buttons at the same time. Just be a rolling motion while you hold down. Accidentally pushing those buttons simultaneously will mess up your inputs. Hope that helps!
angry bird won $400k at a street fighter 6 tournament with a hitbox.
Angry Bird is a beast 👌
He was using stick
@@xxHB311xx I saw the hit box
@@jaymanilla289 that was kakeru, I dont think you know Who angrybird is
HADüKEN!
Hi can you do a pad advantage video now?
Definitely will have one in the works!
To me it was easier to just hold down and double tap the L/R direction button + P for DP
Interesting I have to try this out
How's that work for crosscut
Arcade stick all day, and twice on Sunday.
Is this legal?
Yes this is how Capcom states how SOCD should work on controllers in their tournament guidelines.
太小了。
