I loved your tiramisu recipe, so I will try this one for sure… My go to chocolate chip cookie recipe is from Bigger bolder baking- Gemma’s best ever.. I have started chilling the cookie dough in the fridge since following that recipe.. the aged cookie dough just gives the best result. And using both white and brown sugars- white sugar for a crunchy outside and brown for the chewy interior.. Perfect! And I make a double batch- shape and freeze the dough balls, and bake as needed when the craving hits for that perfect warm chocolate chip cookie!
