    this class seems more active than other yin classes. I also prefer that the video with only Travis to see the correct movement is done the right way.

    Travis, I wanted to share that I’ve shared this video with a friend who has sleeping problem. He tried it and his sleep score has gone from 47 to 76 after he repeated this practice for 3 days in a row. Now he’s a believer! Thanks to your generosity, we all benefited from it.     Great class, I wish I knew it was a power yoga Vinyasa sequence instead of a yin flow for better sleep 😅. Woowee I broke a sweat during this work out. I was looking forward ro something more restorative for recovery. Oh well thanks for the free content

    Superb. Just finished. A perfect combination of yin movements, some involving a bit more energy. That tip for forward fold was certainly different and helped make a difference. ( hands on side of shins instead of front of shins).
