Brilliant..i remember it landing on Tate Hill Beach the first time we came..so lucky to have these available at times. Im 5 mins away from Northern General Hospital and helipad they fly right over us ...The dog goes bonkers 😂x
th-cam.com/video/kmng3e5jKSQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KcmDDX_IsoLXHhSR Looking at this it possibly was later. It's sunnier. I was on the pier when this was at Whitby and think the tide was further in? Amazing job these people do.
@@debrasnow8858 Hi Deb, Roberts Videos date back from present to 40 years old, and he doesn't seem to put dates on them. A couple of things of note in that video. The Car Park is open opposite Raithewaite turn off, thats been closed about ten years to keep Campervanners out.. Also BEN LAWS is in the video as a member of the lifeboat crew and he was one of the ones sacked in 2018, so it's certainly before that date. I date it about 2014
🤣 I knew something didn't look right but was too busy looking at the weather and sea, didn't notice Ben at all! I don't remember this happening, probably before I joined social media. The many rescues are all incredible, very lucky to have people like this.
The work these emergency people do is amazing! Thank goodness they are available for us, you never know when you might need them😊!!

Excellent catch!
I tracked it to Scarborough where it landed at the Hospital.
Wonder why it went there.
Not sure, it can't have been too serious though or they would have flown to Teesside Trauma Centre.
@@neilkipling9123 But they didnt have a passenger.
Maybe they were diverted for an emergency transfer from Scarborough Hospital then?
Awe bless I hope the people who thy came to help are not to badly injured or ill love absolutely amazing people ❤️❤️❤️
I was on the Khyber pass right underneath it
EXCELLENT footage. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Such an EXCELLENT cause. 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
So the helicopter wasnt connected to the lifeboat do?
No connection at all.
They picked up a casualty at Sandsend and went to Scarborough
Strange ? Was this after they went to Poundland ?

@@debrasnow8858 Robert has some great footage. Seems to have been at the scene of every accident in Whitby for the past 20 years.
What was that all about ? Saw no emergency 🤷♀️
Something at Poundland is all I heard Carol.

Just wasting taxpayers money
Its not paid for by the tax payer.
