I recently purchased these and connecting to my TV was immediate. However cannot get my android phone or Win11 PC to detect them. Do you have any suggestions?
@@FirstLast-ge4yd I continued to research this issue and found I need to disconnect it from the first device before attempting to connect to a second device. I thought disconnection would be automatic when the device was turned off. This resolved my issue.

Does your pc have a blue tooth adapter?

its a driver problem. dl it directly from the manufacturers site
