I've had these for a year and now the left one will not respond to any taps. I cannot turn it on or off. I cannot single tap the left side to decrease the volume. It is annoying. Any idea how this happened or how I can resolve this issue? Kuizil support is non-existent.

Hi thank you for this, I just got these yesterday. I don't understand , however, how you turn them on/off other than connecting and disconnecting them straight from my iPhone's bluetooth settings. There is no info in the booklet other than play/pause, next etc. Could you help? Many thanks!
Hey! If you need to turn these off, you have to hold each earpod for about 5 seconds. You should hear a "power off" after that. however if you put them in their case and close it ut will automatically turn off. Let me know if it works and if you need anything else. Thanks for commenting!

i just got these for christmas but it doesn't say anywhere in this instructions how to pause turn up or turn down the volume could you please tell me how
Of course! To turn volume up, tap once on the right earbud. To turn volume down, tap once on the left earbud.

No software for the eq...they sound flat
They do not have their own software, but you can use an external equaliser if necessary. Thanks for watching!
No sidetone! Drives me crazy!
There is no sidetone for these headphones. The best you can get is just using a third party sidetone application
