What is the formula language in Tableau and how difficult is it in relation those in PBI? Since PBI has M code for ETL and Dax for creating measures and calculated columns.

This was previously possible when the report was not much smaller. Do you ever face these type of issues with Tableau and do you have any thoughts on why I am facing this issue with Power BI? There is no formula language in Tableau. It has only one syntax which is the one when writing formulas in Tableau (Calculated Fields)

So far not. The only thing I am aware of is that if you use incremental refresh, download is not possible anymore in PBI Service
