      Don't go anyway near sd888 chipset it's flawed , heating sudden throttling coz of samsung fabrication...go for stable chips like 778G, mtk8100,8200,9000, as 8+gen 1 etc

    Same happened in AMAZON
    my niece wanted iPhone 13 , and I told her straight forward that you won't be able to get it anywhere below 45,000.
    And it turned out to be true .
    She got it for 47,000.
    And I literally started ordering that phone at 12:00 a.m and gave up at 3 a.m.

      I checked iPhone 14 on 6th oct 12am and it was priced at 52000 and was available on COD although it took 3-4 tries.

      I am a student I had been collecting 10k since my drop bought iPhone 12 at 35k I am satisfied took 25k from my parents and considering I don’t earn I don’t think 45-50k iPhone 13 would be justified for me :)

Bro if you are buying a phone for 30k giving 99rs more shouldn't be a problem. 7 days service centre replacement thing is more concerning than that 99rs thing. I ordered Black and they sent me White so i wanted to replace for as in bill it was mentioned black so if i went for warranty claim with White mobile with bill of Black colour phone, they will send me off with big "F#CK OFF'. Fortunately they weren't able to provide me BLACK piece and took the White phone back and refunded me whole amount and I bought Nothing Phone (1) and living happily since.

      Amazon me bhi scam hota he, I hav experienced it. But best deals flipkart pe hi milta he. Therefore I cross check any products before buying from this two and end up buying from Flipkart because most of the best deals are available only in flipkart.

      Overall customer service of Amazon is far better than flipkart. But amazon is also a shit company because their employees's terrible working conditions and similar scams but to a lesser extent. Flipkart is bullshit to no end.

    this year's sale was one of the pathetic sale.
    1. price's were misleading.
    2. too much hype for price reveal on phones that are already hyped.
    that's why I skipped this years sale and chose to get a phone offline. sale were good back in 2018 now its all marketing game and loot.

I faced some of the problems from Flipkart and decided not to use it but Amazon is also learning this tactics from Flipkart so the situation is currently out of control of consumer...     Being a flipkart seller we face more than 30 percent returns from customers for baseless reasons. The issue is same for all the sellers. Most customers break the products and return them. We as a seller have to bear huge losses and more difficult for small sellers and we are charged too much for customer returns. Customer create huge losses for us rather than we to customers. Customer receive fake products or damaged products just because of customer replace the original one with fake one are returns it. When the product is received by the seller, the seller resale it without knowing that he has received a fake one.

      And when you do receive fake products from customers...can't you guys like report that customer and take some action against them? I mean you are saying that you guys simply "re-sell" the received item to another customer, even though you know that this is fake...Is this a blame game or something? I know that scammers exist on both sides but when you do the same for some unknowing innocent individual...what's the point? where is the difference? Customers return products because they believe that they are covered by Insurance or something which isn't always the case for the sellers, I know. But atleast you guys should send individuals with tech knowledge while receiving the return of the products...like checking if anything is tampered with and after complete checks in centres ,only then you guys should refund the money...Wasn't this how it was supposed to work like? I am talking in the context of electonics(phones and stuff)...Someone should be responsible while selling online! also should the e-commerce websites like amazon and flipkart...cheers!

Its time government should intervene and make those necessary changes as per consumer protection act or else these private companies will keep on looting the consumers in the name of "online shopping". Online shopping should be hassle free but nowadays its more frustrating than offline shopping.

    I faced the genuine issue of the mentioned cancelled order before OFD in Amazon! Got an amazing deal but on the day of receiving the materials I got notification that my parcel is damaged and returning to seller.

    Speaking as someone working in risk abuse prevention for last 5 years now, the 7 days return thing is better than replacements as at org level you won't believe the number of abuse cases there are related to different pack received, sending used/ irrelevant items. The problem is FK has lots of friction to this process like alignment of brand service centres and customer care where Amazon I believe is lot smoother. Especially customers who orders regularly.
    Why it's not same in other countries. Answer : Is same as why mostly fraudsters are reported from India/ asian countries?
    Sad but true. Not glorifying west or the issues with consumer rights in India. I hope you get the point and as a community we evolve to a better place.

    Mere ghar me almost har doosre din kuch na kuch deliver hota rehta hai Flipkart se. Isliye nahi ki hum bohot ameer hain, balki isliye kyuki ek baar me sahi item deliver hi nahi hota.
    Mobile devices pe to UI bhi ekdum 3rd class hai Flipkart ka. For an application that works as a website wrapper, it takes a bit too long to load anything.
    Amazon ne isiliye apne UI ko kaafi old-school rakkha hai, jisse wo jaldi load ho (but hota wo bhi nahi mostly).
    Maine to Flipkart ko use karna hi band kar diya hai. Aur inke scams keval electronics tak limited nahi hai.

    I bought acer nitro 5 gaming laptop from Flipkart and my experience was 10/10, fast delivery good product and good service.
    I'm not saying everyone is wrong. I'm saying that it's not Flipkart it's the shop and product companies that does this.

    True dude ! U covered all the issues nd scam they are doing, from sale fee , cancelling order , etc . I did order iPhone 14 at 50k but guess what, they cancel it without informing, as a techky i knew that's what Flipkart does I even call their helpline to get more dive into it , nd as expected they said to re order, frustrated about these stuffs, even twitted but nothing works ,thanks a bunch for posting a dedicated video

    Guys, i bought airpodes from sarojini @500 rupees , and i am shocked that their serial number is valid showing on apple warranty website, so just checking serial number is not enough, check for mic quality its pretty low but sound quality is damn good for these 500 airpods.

    I actually found a way to deal with this, 3months ago i was in dire need of a phone and decided to buy s21fe exynos,
    But offline the price which they were offering was 36k, so a day or two later it was available for 32k on Flipkart, I dont have trust on Flipkart for buying such expensive products, so i instantly went offline, was able to bargain offline with Flipkart's price easily and got the phone for 32k(including charger)

    Once i bought a pixel phone on flipkart. Order got cancelled a day before delivery.

    One More problem , Return is just pathetic , the delivery guy told me they are penalised for accepting return. They didn't come for pick for almost 1 ½ month and customer support just kept repeating the same Process. Finally 😃 one day that guy came , I called him to another location so thought that it is a different return so he came and then he had to accept the return. So service centre return is much better in my opinion.

      You didn't understood the policy right. Service center return means you will get warrenty service from the service center if your product is defective. Brand won't replace or return your product according to this policy bro. You just have to keep contacting service center in hope for them to repair your newly buyed phone

    Ordered Pixel 7 Pro & Motorola G54. Superb quick delivery. Plus got good deals on icici and sbi credit cards non-emi.
    0 issues honestly. There will always be bad delivery experiences available online but there will also be good delivery experiences that will hardly be mentioned. Just hope you have a good delivery guy.

    Amazon has done the same for Iqoo neo 7 pro, phone was listed at 34k I got it for 27k after offer. They cancelled the order when it was out of delivery. seller mentioned: "buyer not interested". Amazon mentioned : "phone damaged in transit".

    I ordered two iPhone14 for Rs 51K each with exchange on BBD. It showed delivering tomorrow. Its more than a week they are just giving dates and dates and people seating in support knows nothing and also flip kart agents are calling and requesting to cancel the order and they will give me 500rs coupon seriously?? Worst scam ever!! Now I'm filing a case in consumer forum.

    Same problem of cancellation , and fun part is I had not ordered in big billion days 😂last year in may I had ordered iphone 13 and after all offers and exchange its cost was Rs 56500 and what they had done was very irritating my order was in nearest warehouse which was like 4 km from my address and they were not delivering it intentionally for 4-5 days , so that they can cancel it but I personally visited their warehouse and requested the head to give my order he was very cooperative and he helped me and now I am using this iphone 13 😅

    Badi mushkil se Moto edge 40 neo night me 4 baje uthke book keya. Expectation nahi the but delivery date ke 2 din pahle phone aya but unfortunately defective. Abhi ye service centre ke policy ke chakker me Moto ko call karna pada. Kuch bhe karke 7 days b4 service center dhund ke visit karna pada. Luckily waha process theek tha phone check keya or 2 days me replacement ke leye bol rahe he. But colour kohi bhe aa sakta he☹️

    Maine Flipkart se OnePlus 10r kharida tha uska display problem nikla, jab OnePlus service centre pe contact kiya toh unhone bola ki aap ko service nhi milega kyun ki Flipkart authorised partner nhi hai OnePlus ka. Isi liye maine OnePlus 10r ko exchange kar ke OnePlus 12r liya amazon se, ab koi problem nhi hai

    Sab sahi h, the policies need to be corrected and flexible. But mujhe aaj bhi yaad hai jab initially flipkar grow kar raha tha, logo ne ye refund & replace scheme ka sahi and galat way me bahut fayda uthaya h, especially galat way me, people know it how they used it and returned and got refunded. I agree there are genuine cases, I am talking wabout the kind of initial years of flipkart around 2011-14

    It happens to me last year, I ordered iphone 7 from Flipkart. They delivered, I made unboxing video. Now the phone heat so much that the temp reached 46 to 47 degree Celsius. And technician didn't mark it for return. But I did return it at the end and got refund.
    Here is what I did
    1. Messaged them
    2. Warn them about consumer act
    3. They said I have to fill the complaint for 3 times, then they will return it
    4. I did the same.
    5. And at last the day of victory came in which they returned my product and refund initiated.
    After that day I took oath "not to buy from Flipkart"

    I had ordered the first generation Moto G, in 2014, from Flipkart. Had to replace it twice for hardware issues. Never ordered anything again. They need to work on their delivery and customer experience.

    I ordered scientific calculator from flipkart. They send me damaged piece.Though product was offering open box delivery scheme but delivery agent didn't opened the box at the time of delivery. Also they refused for refund/replacement

    Previously I used flipkart, but 1 month ago i uninstalled the scraps. Dekh lena, flipkart ka haalat bhi snapdeal jaisa hone wala hai. I used flipkart since 2015, then it was very reliable. Kaafi saare order karte the, but koi bhi problem face nahi kiya tha. Problems aane laga, after long lock down period ke baad jab desh new normal mein jaa chuke the. Service aur bhi worst hone wala hai, abhi bhi agar flipkart se order karna hai toh sujh bujh se kijiye.

    I bought moto g54 nd it's delivery date was 15 oct but flipkart shift the date to 17 oct... And even on that day the delivery boy not answering my call... When my call finally connect at 7 pm in evening they say that he is on his way to his home... After complaint to flipkart customer care... They deliver my phone with rude behavior... Opening my phone in angry mood ...
    Wtf my mind on that day.
    I will never order anything from flipkart. Just bullshit

    I have experienced exchange scam.
    Few years ago Flipkart introduced exchange any phone in any condition policy, hence i tried to exchange old phone, but Flipkart ka Sipahi didn't accept it, said his boss will not accept then I asked him to call his boss to discuss, his boss scold that guy that you should not call in front of customer and also denied the Flipkart policy. He kept delivery status unclosed, until I to get customer care solution, but it was pointless, they keep on closing the query with random justification, no one senior got involved. I cancelled the purchase later

    Also mujhe to lagta hai in platforms par case hona chahiye fake discounts dene par jaise kisi phone ka fake launch price likh kar usko cut off karke uska actual launch price likhna aur phir mention karna x% ka discount mil raha hai

    I am both a customer and seller at Flipkart. As a customer above mentioned issues are correct and as a seller - we had issues with customer returns where many customers or courier partners damage or replace with another product faulty product. Mostly happened on snapdeal, paytm as a seller wherein they have third party courier tie ups. Flipkart and Amazon has the advantage of selling through their own seller companies which are basically owned or are subsidiaries 9f Flipkart and amazon only so they can easily beat the competition with third party sellers on their platform. Very predatory selling techniques by e commerce

    I would suggest everyone to go for offline purchase as much as possible. I know Amazon and Flipkart provides better pricing but try to avoid going for few thousand less price. There are many like me whose doesn’t want to spend unnecessary time complaining, returning, providing evidence etc so just gives up on receiving fake products. I had experience of receiving 14 pro fake cover which I ordered from apple through Amazon app, I was fade up of going round n round so just let it go.
