Oh no! Sickness strikes from time to time, and, well... sickness struck today in the form of a tummy bug. Today's vlog is a little different for this very reason...
After staying at home all day nursing the poorly Izzy, Imo takes the opportunity to nip out for an evening stroll to pick up some medical supplies (unrelated to Izzy, actually) as IB takes over the childcare baton back at the apartment.

I'm Imo and she's Izzy. We're a UK mother and daughter vlogging combo that loves to get out and about and exploring South Wales and beyond.
We're a homeschooling/home-educating family of two based in the UK dealing with the daily challenges of managing Izzy's severe, chronic eczema and her education. Our resourcefulness is tested on a daily basis, but we'd love to share our little triumphs and discoveries with you as we go along.
Imo is a flautist/flutist (flute player), and these vlogs will often take you behind the scenes of the life of a professional folk musician. Stand by for bits and bobs of live folk music and dance as they pop up in our day-to-day lives.
These videos will not generally feature recorded background music, making them extra suitable for people who aren't keen on pop music!
Follow this channel for occasional tips on caring for eczema, content relating to the flute, travel (particularly to Lisbon, Portugal), homeschooling and homeschool mom stuff, folk musician lifestyle, and to see what life is like for this little family in our corner of South Wales in the UK.

That's nasty when you get something like that. Certified tip and it only works for clear fluids only (such as Pedialyte) only (yes, the two onlies are needed here): The human stomach can not actively vomit less than 15ml of fluid. Therefore -- keep taking fluid in 15ml aliquots (three good sized teaspoons) every five to seven minutes and you can maintain minimal hydration in the face of one of these nasty things. It at least buys you some time.

I should clarify. The 15 ml is for a true pediatric patient. Get much above sixty pounds or so then the rule of thumb goes to one ounce amounts (30 ml).

They don't seem very good at stopping for pedestrians on the crossings. It's a shame you missed the music. Tell Izzy to lay off the beer.
I think they’re usually pretty good at stopping. In PT it’s my understanding that you just step out and the driver expects to stop for you.
Hee hee! Izzy only once tasted beer when she mistook a glass of it for her apple juice, aged 6. She says it was revolting and vows never to touch the stuff again. X
