Hello, for CESR you do not need MRCEM/FRCEM. However having them makes your application stronger.

Hello, to be honest I don't know the answer to this. Probability is that you would need a lot more documentation, you can do LAT posts in the subspecialty you want to do, that will give you an option to get the competency required.

If mbbs doctor, who are in India, and can't come to uk at the moment, and decide to pursue post graduation in India itself, which branch they should do post graduation, so that it becomes eventually easy to become Consultant in UK, for eg I believe that if we do dematology, then I think it will be difficult to pursue the same in UK,, like wise somewhat it is difficult in orthopedic and general surgery,
So Doctor, which speciality one should choose in India, so that person can easily ( comparatively) become Consultant, and also shorter route by CCT or Cesr pathways.
