The dude ran because he had some other pending criminal case and if he got stopped, his bond may likely have been pulled. Now because he got chased, he added a whole other set of charges in another jurisdiction. Stupid fool! This is one of the best high speed chase vids Ive seen. You can actually hear the coms and the lead officer did a great job in naming locations, road crossings and such. They did a great job in this chase.
Amazing command presence from that officer. Quick, simple instructions. Peak adrenaline, but then comes down from that high to the painful knee and then transitions right back into a professional; getting a name, calling in that name, and then questioning and lecturing a suspect. A wild job performed at its best.
You watching something different then me. He is lying through his teeth about the speeds. Look at the corners the guy is supposedly being taken at 85. Any other state they would have stop pursuit and caught up with him down the road. The police are more dangerous then the guy running.
Apparently, some people in Arkansas never watch TH-cam. Because if they do, they would stop their car as soon as they see the blue lights. The ASP is legendary when it comes to doing the PIT maneuver. They do it at any speed, in any kind of weather, and at any time of the day.
I live in Arkansas and I work right next to the interstate. At least once a month someone is running from them and the helicopter is usually right there as well.
Kinda surprised they didn’t check him once he got out of the car. The fact he was able to call someone and talk to them for as long as he did could’ve posed a serious threat to law enforcement had he reached out for someone to help them in the situation they were in. Never can be too cautious around criminals
They got his full confession on video and enough probable cause too raid his girls place for keeping his business running selling those pups , slang for the underage white girls they’re trafficking. He’s going be locked up for a long ass time !!!
I'm really surprised too. Especially how cool and calculating the driver was. But that girl friend or whatever on the other side of the phone... Just amazing. She still luv 'em Just think about the kids he is raising and the fact this woman thinks he's worthy to still stick with or endorse whatever this guy is guilty of. Not just this vehicle chase. He said he knew he was going to get extradited back to Texas. That speaks volumes. I hope they can keep him locked up and away from the population. He seems seriously dangerous and twisty. No way I'd think he is going to be rehabilitated. EVER!
There was a video on here just a few weeks ago of a guy that had an extra gun down his pants and he was able to get his gun out while still in cuffs and when they open the door he shot the cop
Remember what Chris Rock said... "ya got black people, and you got n*&^%s" These, and all the thugs in youtube videos are the latter and the sooner "black people" start recognizing the bad name these thugs are giving them, the better off EVERYONE will be!
To be honest, as being someone who has had a high speed pursuit fly past them, they come up very very quick. One second everything is fine and then all of a sudden a vehicle blows past you and while you are processing that here comes the police. Split second decision to hold your lane or get over. Just watched one video on here where the trooper was angry that the driver chose to get over and out of the way. No matter what, these officers can drive, now they just need faster cars to end pursuits quicker.
The officer that ended this did a great job. You could sense his stress during the pursuit. When everything was said and done the officer was not breathing normally. He also continued to try and clear his throat. I’m sure his adrenaline was off the charts. I’m thankful no one was injured.
You're the first comment I've read that said anything about them being stressed, every other comment is talking about how calm and relaxed the officers were. Lol.

It probably did not show up but I gave you a thumbs down for your comment. You think this is good law enforcing. To lose composure in the face of danger. This is not a reasonable mind nor reasonable training. reasonable is much more than this. An oath taker that constantly shows no self control, let's see in court how many times this officer swears in front of the judge. This behavior is of a human with an authoritarian problem with little self discipline. Screaming like a maniac, raise your hands when the hands are already up in the air repeating it just like someone that is not dealing well with the stress that comes with this duty. To think it's appropriate to keep belittling and calling somebody names that's already been captured and instead of letting the criminal self-incriminate. The "officer" chooses to come off as a bad ass badge embracing gun totem disrespectful to what an oath should stand for. Humanity is lost, to think that this " officer" has a signature on documents that stands for something good. The bad person has more of a sound mind after he was captured than the officer. It seems two-faced, to conduct oneself in public one way. But be " proper" in front of a judge, true colors when dealing with public fake demeanor in court. To do the right thing wrongly with no honor to what a good code of ethics represents. This should not be a standard for an oath taker of a great country.

I was jokingly thinking w/this video that it looks like they probably stress the importance of observation w/these state troopers patrolling, handing out free stickers w/ea driver's license to always be on the look out for flashing lights & speeding vehicles coming up from behind. They just need to stress more the importance of not running from the ASP. You'd think it'd be spread far & wide by now that AR is definitely NOT the place for trying to run from the police!

Chaos, Contrary to popular belief.. The ASP Troopers broke the law in this apprehension. In Arkansas it is ILLEGAL for any Arkansas LEO to execute a PIT maneuver at a speed in excess of 45 MPH without prior Deadly Force Authorization. I encourage you to look this up as it is a FACT. In this case the ASP Troopers did not have a DFA and therefore the case was thrown out of court because the PIT was illegal. All three perps in the vehicle were then given an undisclosed 6 figure amount of Arkansas Taxpayer dollars for the ASP illegally endangering their lives as the PIT was executed over the 45 MPH legal threshold. LET EVERY person be submissive to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from GOD granted by permission and sanction, and those which exist have been put in place by GOD. Therefore, whoever resists governmental authority resists the ordinance of GOD. And those who have resisted it will bring judgement (civil penalty) on themselves. Civil authorities are not a source of fear for people of GOOD behavior, but for those who DO EVIL. Do you want to be un-afraid of authority? DO what is GOOD and you will receive approval and commendation. He is Gods servant(agent) to you for your own GOOD. But if you DO WRONG, you should be afraid: he does not carry the sword for nothing. He is Gods servant (agent), an avenger who brings punishment on the wrongdoer/evildoer/rebel. Therefore one must be SUBMISSIVE to civil authorities, not only to escape the punishment that comes with wrongdoing, but also as a matter of principal [knowing what is RIGHT before GOD]. Blech, maybe I'm just traumatized from having grown up in CA, but cops make me sick. Too many bad abusive ones. I've had good encounters too, but way, way too many bad ones for me and everyone I know.
@@JustTheFactsYall well like I said, I must just be traumatized from growing up in Cali, the land of terroristic cops. "Hating everyone" is a pretty assumptive statement on your part, but after what me and my friends and family have gone thru, it's hard not to generally have a strong dislike towards practically all law enforcement, until they've individually proven otherwise. Like I said above, the bad times (some VERY bad), have far outweighed the good times. You ever had cops pull you over in middle of nowhere, have your mom step out, feel her up, pass her around a group of cops and all feel her up, throw her back in practically and tell you to gtfo of there? You ever had a cop rip your phone out of your hands, break it in half (flip phone) and throw it in campfire and proceed to beat up your entire group of people? Cramming your face into the beach sand, badly scratching you up and making you eat sand? Then stealing your expensive jacket afterwards? You ever have a cop slam you up against their hood and piledrive you into the asphalt and break your ribs literally right after you were a victim of a T bone accident? Because you began to walk to the tow truck driver to get everything situated? You ever make a motion to dismiss a case, citing the law, it gets stamped into the court record, then later on the entire motion disappears and the record of it being entered also mysteriously gets deleted entirely from the court record? Or, you make a separate motion verbally to the judge in court, citing further law, the judge breaks the law by not dismissing, and that entire section of discussion is just conveniently erased from the recorded audio and missing/deleted from the stenographer record? You ever had a cop show up to your hotel FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM and, as you're leaving to get cigs, blind you with high beams, then, suddenly at your side, unknown and unannounced you don't know the blinding car is a cop and can't see anything from the lights, suddenly an officer, unseen bc you are blinded and he is silhouetted by the blinders, appears and pounds on the window and demands "shut the car off" then, when you say "huh? What?" Because you don't even know it's a cop and don't know what the heck is going on, suddenly they open all 4 doors and start pulling on both arms left, right, left, right, then say "he's not shutting it off he's trying to kill us!", and only thrn turn on the red and blues and you finally realize what is happening? And then you physically can't shut off the car bc they are yanking on both arms, one out driver door, one out passenger, then, after you use your nose to shut it off (prius with on/off button), they rip you out and slam you and beat you up, then sit with knee on your neck while you scream you cant breathe, throw cuffs on you, then a minute after go "oh, wrong guy? This way to the correct room!" Yet still slap you with a "obstruction of justice" misdemeanor? And then conveniently "lose" all hotel and bodycam footage? 6+ bodycam footages and a few different hotel cams? And lose all witness/interview statements/leave them out of final, heavily skewed, report? Then let you out of jail at 3:45am in the snowy morning without a phone call and tell you to get out of his jail or youll be re arrested and force you to walk thru the snow in flip flops shorts and a T shirt to try to find a phone to call for help? Then the judge just chuckles about the "lost" evidence footage and just goes "gee isn't that strange!" Yeah. Like I said, CA, terroristic cops. I could go on, these are just some of the worst of what I've personally experienced/witnessed, let alone my friends and family's experiences where I wasn't present. By the way, I worked in a prison for a year, got to chat with many officers. Some of the very young ladies were cool, and a couple others were cool, many were psychotic and proud of it. No better than the inmates they proudly abused. It's like the worst bullies that grew up and realized if they didn't become cops their attitudes and anger would land them in jail; "get paid to bully? Or get in trouble for it?" They (smartly, for them), chose to get paid for it. And not just guys either, ladies too. In my life I've walked a high and low path and met many people, drug users, drug sellers, gang members, church folk, cops, local politicians, blue collars, white collars, I've met a lot of people, and with the exception of one particular very high ranking gang member, (the son of 'El Diablo' gang godfather-figure), the most demented and psychotic and downright evil people I've ever witnessed were a handful of various officers here and there, let alone the myriad of just really bad bully ones. There's been a couple of normal encounters with some decent folk, and even a couple times where I've been impressed with some of the officers candor... but these were very rare outlier times compared to what seems to be the norm around this state: corruption, proud bullying and downright terrorizing the citizenry, and gleefully so. Glad to hear you live in a Mayberry type town, hope I can get to a place like that, someday. If it's one thing I've learned, it's stay away from ever getting involved with anything law enforcement. You can't win, they have the deck stacked against you. As soon as I am able, (am currebtly in process of a career change), I'm going to sell my car and just take Uber everywhere, so I can at least eliminate that avenue of possible interaction. Also, and this has been said many times, but the "good cops" don't turn in the "bad cops", are helping cover up for them. So really there are almost no "good" cops at all... they'd have to be pretty ignorant to not know who is bad in their individual precincts. Like I said, maybe things are different outside of CA, especially in less populated areas where there is more local community. "Weird thinking", lol, might be weird to you if you don't get out much. Or haven't spent much time in CA. One time i was driving Uber and I picked up a cops family, the cop literally was threatening me at my window as their family was piling in, telling me if I didn't get them home safely he would find out where me and my family members live and personally show up to my/their house and k1ll my family? K1ll me or otherwise ruin my life as best he can and that "he can". Or another time I had a off duty cop in my Uber car and we were at a drive thru and the person in front of us was not pulling up as much as he liked so he gets out of my car and starts going ballistic to the other driver? Same kind of threats, threatening harm and ruin to this guy, who didn't even know he was a cop bc he was off work and in plain clothes. Pretty psycho... There's a reason the phrase "California, come for vacation, leave on probation" exists... My sister took a criminal justice class once, "psychology of law enforcement", taught by none other than Luanne Pannel, now a (or possibly "the") head of the LAPD, but at the time of this class, she (Luanne) was 'only' the top LAPD psychologist, psychologist to the cops, and in that class she taught: "in my experience, people choose to become cops for 2 reasons: the money, and the power". Not claiming they are multimillionaires, but that is what she stated, verbatim.
It's as if the most important variable in the equation is their behavior during the arrest, and not the color of their skin! Leftist brains would catch on fire if they saw this.
i know usa has had some issues with some police officers but to my american friends, please be thankful you have such an effective police service compared to some of the stuff we have here in kenya. We could only ever dream of such vehicles to do some police work.

Considering the fact that the main argument against black people getting shot by cops is when they're unarmed, and committing zero crimes, this argument you're making actually makes zero sense.
@@randomuser8945 The argument is to follow commands. Armed or not resisting is the way to heaven/hell. Plus nowadays if the person is black there’s always going to be a group of people or the family saying "they didn’t deserve it" no matter the situation.

@@randomuser8945 Yet in all those "unarmed while not committing crimes" instances you are talking about, at least 90% of the time they were in fact committing a crime. That's a fact. There is always a reason and that reason is usually the person being incredibly sketchy, ignoring commands and digging in their pants or pockets, or running while the cops are investigating the area. Cops do shoot people too often but I dare you to go do what they do because I know I wouldn't put myself out there with the chance of getting in gunfights at my job. They are undertrained, underfunded, and scared as fck because of it, causing them to go straight to ending the possible threat to their life as fast as possible. Knowledge is courage.

Again, the legislature needs to increase the penalty for fleeing.
@@k1m198 I could say the same thing about people doesn’t mean I should hate everyone I come across. Your weird thinking is misconstrued.
Then the judge just chuckles about the "lost" evidence footage and just goes "gee isn't that strange!"
Yeah.
