For anyone who has fragile charms be careful, if you are gonna banish Grimm make sure all your charms have been made unbreakable before you do so. If you banish Grimm and you still have fragile charms, they stay fragile and you can no longer make them unbreakable because devine will be gone. I made that mistake by banning grimm to early and was left with useless charms and too much geo.
Howling Cliffs. Keep hitting all the walls until you find a dead bug with a red cloak. Dreamnail it, return to the other room with the lantern, and keep hitting it until it ignites.
Extra tip, if anyone still needs it (and doesn't wanna suffer througg the trial of the fool lol): a good place to farm geo is the failed tramway. With the greed charm, if you wait for the carver hatchers to spawn all 5 dirtcarvers you can get 552 geo per run ^-^
That kinda helps but just by walking around the map and killing every living being on sight while using Gathering Swarm and Fragile Greed gives thousands and thousands of Geo

Tip: so this is semi a spoiler but If you go to Melody the banker and give her a certain amount of geo then she will take it and the maximum you can give her is 4500 and when you find her in the city of tears in a certain location I can’t remember where you’re gonna have to look it up and then you can quite literally beat the geo out of her +50% interest
Theres a shortcut to howling cliffs right at the start. go to where you spawn then go to the left then above the geo use mantis claw and dash to go up into the howling cliffs. This is how I first discovered them

Started the game last Saturday, finished Wednesday (yesterday). killed hollow knight at 65% and 24hrs play time, now I'm collecting everything and enjoying life lol, thanks to your videos! Still best content years later
@relyea I THOUGHT OF SOMETHING FOR SILKSONG: by now we’ve seen mossbag’s take on silksong being a prequel, and i just thought of this which supports the theory and adds some lore: so we know herrah had hornet with pk as a bargain, but why? it’s beyond simply wanting a daughter/heir. we know the weavers were going extinct, and from what we know about silksong so far, the weavers are being taken from deepnest and forced to produce the silk in Pharloom. so herrah could have wanted a child to take to Pharloom so she could free the weavers. and we know the bell people recognize hornet as an ally, which is probably because they had been in contact with herrah and saw her as their savior.
@@Grant740 i don’t think so. you see in the trailer for the game that hornet is resting in a town full of bell people, and they would recognize her because they’re the ones that captured her. if they wanted to capture her to keep her hostage, they wouldn’t be docile towards her. instead, they don’t attack because they know she is there to help.
@@Grant740 true, but if you really analyze it, team cherry describes the people of pharloom “haunted by silk and song” and the bells are most likely being used to drown out said “song” so they aren’t controlled by it. and you also see thousands of bells littered throughout pharloom, meaning it probably wasn’t enough to drown it out completely, hence why they brought hornet to help

Anytime you feel like you're going to die just quit out to main menu, you will spawn at the last bench you rested at and you're fragile charm never breaks, although you will lose the souls you acquired unless you last rested at a hot spring its still worth it.

I needed to know how to start the Grimm Troupe so thanks for that. I didn't use Fragile Greed and I can probably upgrade at least two of them since I already have over 20,000 geo. I might give her Fragile Greed first so I can use Unbreakable Greed to get the rest.
Unbreakable heart and strength upped my boss game along with quick slash. I was able to finally to beat Enraged Guardian, The Watchers and Hive Knight. Now I'm looking for the simple key for the junkyard and another charm notch so I can use the three charms I mentioned AND the wayward compass.

And I recommend you upgrade the fragile strength 1st so you can do the other 2 levels of the coliseum of fools so you can get more geo and possibly pale ore and a charm notch.
The only one I upgraded so far was the fragile strength, I have so much geo and not much to spend it on, I dont know if I want to try the Coliseum of fools, I heard that was hard, finally completing the white palace after a day and many tears 😂😂 was stressful enough.
What I did was get greed upgraded before the others because if you die with it as fragile, it gets lost and you have to go back. Since I grinned at the colosseum of fools, it was a long way back.
It is a tedious process. However the unbreakable strength is so useful against harder bosses. Looking at you NKG who I have yet to beat.I'm getting there I somehow manged to survive to when he does the puffer fish attack for the third time. That's only if I'm lucky the first two times. I hate that attack so much, I can't figure it out because of how fast it is. Lord help me when or if I face off against The Absolute Radiance. I'm not the best at this game, but I don't care.

Yeah, so I started Grimm Troupe DLC yesterday for the first time and gave her Fragile Greed first. I thought she would charge 9000 to make them ALL unbreakable, as I saw that number on many videos and didn't realize it was the fee for a single charm, and yet the cheapest of all. It kinda bums me out a little that this DLC involves so much grinding (for Divine and the repetitive flame capture quest) but oh well, that's life

Use the Gathering swarm charm with the Fragile Greed to make getting geo far easier
Use both charms and just walk around killing every living being on sight
imagine having to delete your save file because you accidently hit vengefly and zote was freed
You can just die to Vengefly King and then pass by it
Unless you are in Steel Soul
Just leave him in deepnest

This is the simplest thing for me cuz I’m at 111% of the game(can’t beat pure vessel) but I still watch the whole videos

For farming geo highly reccomend doing colloseum of fools 1-2 they give you 1-2k each time you beat it
