@@PetrolJuice Yeah i thought i was gonna hate it more because i dropped it like 3 times and it got dust all over it but somehow i was able to salvage it and put it on perfect
@@berengerayers nice! The vinyl def looks nice too, but doesn’t cover all of the chrome parts since it could be hard to work with. Let me know if you end up doing this!
I used the Duplicolor version of the spray dip on all the badges, I just didn't have the patience to mask off the "brows" like you did here. After seeing this though, I think I'm gonna have to give it a try! I've got a red GT and everything is blacked except the brows and the GT in the grill which I'm trying to debate if I do black or red. One little tip though from my experience, make your individual sprays a little bigger in how far you go in each shot. That's causing a little bit of your "patchy" look, all the short little bursts right next to each other. I did longer sweeps side to side when I did my badges and they came out perfect.
@@TheBeardedGentleman definitely give it a try, it takes time to mask it but worth it if you’re home all day. Thanks for the Info! I guess I was a little too cautious about the spray. I was thinking of redoing it one day and I’ll definitely try further longer bursts.
It's very slick!! And i vinyl wrapped my red accents on front and rear bumper with 3M 2080 gloss black carbon fiber, removed Forte decal and added a custom red #2 behind the GT badging to show it as GT2 @PetrolJuice
@@mustafawaleed7148 since our cars don’t have sensors where the blow off valve would be installed, it just comes down to which one you like the best sound. I’ve heard great things about HKS but there are many other brands out there that make them for our cars. I’d go with a known reputable company. Or you can just use the $5 BPV delete kit and get a “blow off sound” for only $5. I made a video on it
im so thankful petrol juice goes out and does all the things i wanna do so i will know if i like it or not

thanks for posting this! only forte gt creator!
@@moonoutyet you’re welcome! Thanks for watching!
Looks good. This will be my next exterior mod. I'm going to use plasti dip and a clear coat to achieve the gloss black look.
@@noriceformeplz that’s a great idea! I was thinking of doing that as well but ended up going with hyperdip
I did this with the bogar chrome delete vinyl and it was surprisingly easy if you want an alternative to this

I think it completely changes the look of the car now, much more aggressive looking 🔥 💪🏼 💪🏼 🔥 now gotta do rims too 😉

Love these vids dude. I did the vinyl wrap to de-chrome, but considering switching to this as it looks a lot cleaner!

Would the wet coat be better as one long stroke.
