Absolutely sold, placing order this week. Also I've watched every video in TH-cam claiming to show you how to wire a sb350 and they're all shit. So many people just aren't great at covering what you need, or they show a before and after shot and neglect to show the actual part where they do what it is you are trying to learn... extremely frustrating. Thank you for finally showing me what I need to know in an easy and comprehensive video. You guys rock, can't wait to get the box going to make my life much easier. One question, I would like to run this in my project '70 carbureted c10 which will be a weekend driver not a derby car. Is this ok for my application?
@@Chris-ie5me yea.it looks like pretty heavy gauge and the switches are HD metal so it'll hold up just fine.Your still gonna have the lights and signals but that's just a feed lug that runs to the fuse panel supply so that's easy as long as the stock wiring is there
@@adammansfield106 this was a year ago man. Where you been hahaha I ended up buying one from you anyways it’s still in the box in my garage. My project got put on hold then stolen. Still got the goose box tho. You still making the same desgin in the same box or any new modifications
i would like to order goose box 2.0. like to know price of unit. trying to restore 1986 corvette. this would help me alot. not a mechanic but learning. thank you
As long as you wired things correctly and didn't just twist that shit together i don't see why it wouldn't last for a long time. I'm going to use this in my caprice classic and solder and heat shrink all the connections except I'm going to add a key switch in between the starter button for security purposes

The manual fuel pump is a fully mechanical system that uses the engine to move a diaphragm within the fuel pump which causes a vacuum to pull gas from the tank to the carb and requires no electricity or wiring. If you were to upgrade to an electric fuel pump then you would need to send power to the pump in order to start the car (fun fact, I had a dodge neon derby car and the fuel pump was wired from the fuel pump to a normal house light switch then to the battery, you would just have to turn on the house light switch first then start the car lol). So, yes a manual fuel pump will work with this.
Hey. I have a 454 in a c3 Corvette. I have a no crank problem. And I've tested at the button ( key) I have determined power goes through when I hit the switch and then returns to O.L on the Dmm when I let off the switch. But I'm getting no power at the starter itself. And I'm not sure how to approach this since I am fairly new to diagnosis and repair. Would you have any suggestions? I'm thinking it's got to be the shit fest of wires coming out of the fire wall is where Im losing power
wire one positive and one negative directly to battery and to each post of starter then split the positive feed with a push button switch on dash turn key forward to on and then push the button to spin the starter
Hey I tried looking you guys up on Facebook to order one of these hot boxes. Is there some other contact information I can get in contact with you guys
So helpful to a kid trying to restore his grandfathers 1953 f100. Love the custom box great idea. Again very helpful thank you!
I know I'm 3 years late, but I'm doing the same thing on my departed Uncles 56. Hoping to get it firing up this summer! Video helped tons!
Thank you for the dumbed down video I actually understand how to do this now and it was stupid simple
Lots of good info! I love SBC’s because they are so easy to wire up. Also love the hood exit headers.
Thanks brother haven't had time for my 1973 chevy c10 Cheyenne💪... but now this makes me want to make time for it! Thanks brother💯
