- Accidents happen. With the Note 5, if you were to absentmindedly or accidentally stick the S-Pen Stylus into your phone backwards... you would end up with a phone crippling situation. Has Samsung remedied the problem with the Galaxy Note 7?

Samsung created the Phablet concept. and the s pen concept. they are way far better than any other brand.
Samer salah digital pen was way before Samsung start to use it. Its made by Wacom which known for their own graphic tablets for many years.
The stylus existed way since even the IBM 7094 computer. The only difference is that the Apple newton's stylus is literally just a piece of stick with no special hardware inside since the Newton used resistive touchscreen rather than capacitive.

I had a great idea that worked for this very issue! Instead of taking it apart I used a THIN straw and sliced it down the middle and wrapped it around the top of the pen making sure the straw didn't overlap to create a thickness issue and worked the straw down until I made it past the catch and removed the s-pen. The whole thing from idea to having the pen in my hand took me less than 3 minutes.

When my sister gets her Note 7, ill want to swap my circular pen tip from my note 5 to the slim skinny new top on the 7. Is it possible to swap the tips from the Note 7 to the 5?
If it is possible you can just buy replacement tips for a Note 7 and use them with your 5. Or yeah ninja them from your sister might be cheaper.
unfortunately no . The note 7's tip is thinner than the note 5's so if you try to put it in the note 5 it will fall out eventually because the housing of tip is bigger

So the Note 7 caught on fire, but was fixed within a month and replaced for free. iPhone 7 and 7+ Hiss, and apple refuses to comment. Their previous gen phone the iPhone 6 and 6+ are literally breaking, the touch screen stops working. A classmate had it happen today. An apple knows about it but wont fix or replace any iPhones.
