I have a different style that I put my hand in. I put 2 in the pinky and slide my middle finger over to have a more traditional finger out. You kind of get the best of both worlds. A nice average/shallow pocket, with the ease of closing it 2 in the pinky and security especially on back hands. Could you make a video trying it out? I want to see if the thing I (think) came up could be a new way of breaking in gloves that other people might find the comfort and love that I have found with it.

In my experience, younger kids/adolescents like Wilsons 1786/1787s. I guess the finger stalls are slightly thinner and finger crotch goes lower (if that makes sense)…basically better for smaller hands. But I have smaller hands and like Rawlings better playing two in pink

QUESTION: I’m a 40yo adult looking for my 13yo. I Tried floor model Rev1x at Dick’s. W/ 2inP, my hand didn’t feel secure. Avg sized hands and my fingers were floating around in the finger sleeves. Ur thoughts? Normal or b/c it’s a floor model?
The rev doesnt have thumb or pinky loops so the hand slides around. Normal cause the revs are 💩

Ok....I've viewed about a dozen of your videos. I cam see there is a plenty of opportunity for gloves to improve. The big honking chunks of leather strapped to your hand need to go. Who can produce a hand formed leather glove? These are not nicks hand made logging boots. They are tools to react fast. Light and flexible.

They are solid, I bought my son their kip catchers mitt, and its a great mitt broke in quick and has great sound.

I would love to see another 3rd base glove review because the #3 glove for 3rd base on your glove list is no longer being produced. Maybe the Jose Ramirez a2000? just would love to see a #3 third base glove that could be purchased
Honestly, I've never felt a glove as nice as the Rev1X. The leather on the palm just feels both soft but sturdy, and its already shaped pretty much exactly like i want it.
Yeah I’d say it’s one of the most comfortable for sure right now

Definitely not a fan of the Rev 1x. I can't speak to the performance but in the store the feel was just way off. I imagine that the palm would get softer and the plastic would stay the same over time. I could not play a glove with 2 materials that wear down and soften at different rates.

Recently got back into baseball. Was wondering why it looked like all the pros were wearing kid gloves. Learned of 2 in the pinky and was skeptical. After messing around with it though, not only is it a deeper pocket, but that IS a much stronger grip! Sure, might lead to slightly shorter glove life, but I now dont see how one wouldn't go 2 in the pinky. And im a very traditional style person.
It’s just a preference things. A lot of people prefer a shallower pocket because they feel it helps with transfers
