I disagree that the order of importance would be Pursuit > Camp > Cipher Pressure, as Opera is a prime example of how Cipher Pressure can easily win you games. Meanwhile, Ivy has an extremely good Cipher Pressure and Camp, which also shows how much it is relevant to make you good on the game. I agree when you said it's important rn to have a good chase, since survivors have been pretty busted on their kiting skills, however pressuring the ciphers absolutely demolishes any tempo the survivors have built. That's why hunters like Bonbon struggle to keep up with the meta: despite having a good camp, he doesn't have one resource that can help him camp ciphers, unless he is over them.
