Sport truck exhaust is my favorite! 1:07 I wish you had kept the start up sound though.

MRT’s “Sport exhaust” sounded pretty nice. To me it sounded a bit like an old 80-90’s mini truck

I like how the Buschur sounds. And I really like how the tip is tucked up out of the way. Great for over landing rigs.
MRT first then Thermal then Magnaflow. Pretty much as you have them lined up.
My 1st choice is MRT, my very close 2nd choice is MBRP.
I really like the deep tone of the Buschur's Racing Exhaust. Just would do it with dual exits

They do! We partnered with Stainless Works to develop one for our 2022 Maverick earlier this year and they have it available for purchase on their website. We absolutely love the sound that theirs creates. Tastefully aggressive.

I agree. Sounds good enough AND has the best exit style. Looks clean and factory. Doesn't look forced or like an after thought.

@@prattmandu 100 % agree. That was the main reason I chose this specific exhaust. Sounds great. Not loud by any means and looks awesome. A lot of these exhausts for the maverick just sound too loud or look ridiculous 🤔

The exhaust is not the issue, the small 4 cylinder motor is.
If you don't like the truck, why are you wasting time writing this on a video for those who do enjoy the truck and want to do modifications? I'm enjoying the boosted 4 cylinder, great gas mileage, and still enough power to impress me and my friends.
The trucklet is great, the exhaust sounds are not & best with the factory exhaust. Making bad sounds louder just doesn't fit the image of a trucklet... a Ford Focus, yes.

Glad I just found this video. I’m actually getting the custom exhaust done on my 22 maverick this week. I’ll be able to show the exhaust shop this video and tell him exactly what sound I’m going for.

All jokes aside, I hope your Maverick sounds good. I am liking the flow master or magnaflow for just a mild tone for mine. If you find the magic sauce I hope you can make a good video for all of us!

You should try out the Carven Exhaust, sounds really good and aggressive. I did 3" custom exhaust with Carven Exhaust and I never experienced loss of mpg. Also have the K&N CAI both combined sounds awesome.
I have a 2023 maverick and the engine noise is pretty loud on the cab. thermal R&D is my favorite..
on my tremor in sand mode defiantly their is some fake noises coming from my speakers.
Agree, I also like the deeper tone of the thermal, kind of sounds like there isn't a resonator on it like my WRX, which has neither a resonator or mufflers lolz, so it has a really nice deep rumble to it.

I kinda dig the afe one. Sounded a little more truck like if that makes any sense.
I like the Stainless Works best, then of this group in descending order: Thermal Design, MRT then MBRP. aFe gets a nod because side exit is fun but it sounds a bit raspy.

I did not care for any particular one. They all generally have the same sound. It’s the tone that wrong. They almost all sound like coffee can exhausts. None of them sound pleasant unless your just anything louder is always better guy.

The 2.0 EcoBoost doesn't sound good in the first place so amplifying those sounds with a more open exhaust just makes the bad sounds louder, not better.

my maverick is the one featured by thermal, and i absolutely love it , no drone, very clean sounding.when cruising its very quiet, but when you gas it ,it sounds beastly
The only cost effective way to make this great truck sound good is to install a cat-forward V8.

I have a Maverick Ecoboost and I’ve gotta say, I think stock is the best. Most turbo 4s just sound silly when they have an exhaust. Some of these were good but I’ll probably leave mine as is, the engine just sounds like a bunch of angry bees anyways
My favorite Maverick mod is when you get one and sell it the next day for 3-5k more. Useless ass Ute wagon.

@@FriarPop i only sell them for a living at a major Ford dealership and show them and drive them daily. The build quality just isnt there. I have had a number of customers come back angry because their radio unit stopped working, another one because the climate controls stopped working and lets not forget the massive recall on the hybrid models. Absolute junk product from Ford.
I have a 2022 with MRT cat back dual exhaust, EFE Air INTAKE and chip from Panda. I get 21mpg around town and 33 mpg on the road. 0 to 60 mph in just under 5 seconds. Pretty cool junk I think
@@FriarPop have them design a split lower rear seat so we don't have to remove car seat to get into the storage!
