    What symtoms did you have? My car has been at the shop for months. Mechanic cant figure out whats wrong with it. Im already $300 down the drain and my vehicle is still not fixed.

      @@RhomelMillar my symptoms was battery drained over 2-4 day span the battery will be dead again after fully charging also it will do the same with a brand new battery. So I did a period draw test and found the back up fuse had a 2+ amp draw then found the driver door sensor was staying on so you can unplug it and replace the door handle. It comes with a sensor inside

      @ thanks for responding! I’ve been dealing with this issue. I just bought the car and the seller didn’t mention it having a problem sadly. How did you come to a solution that is was the handle sensor? What symptoms did it do? My civic also would die overnight, sometimes it would hold charge for 2 days. Then randomly will be dead in the morning.

    I have the same problem with a 2015 civic. Is the same sensor on all cars would be the problem?

    Any chance you have a link to those specific alligator clip adapters?

    I have my door ripped apart currently but I don’t know which sensor it is. I see one large one which I assume is for the door lock? I can’t find a diagram anywhere. Help

      The sensor connector hooks to the inside of the outer door handle. Should be in the inside upper left corner

    Have you changed the sensor?

    • @GatorBass
      @GatorBass  ปีที่แล้ว

      No not yet. I don’t really need that door handle sensor so I just keep the sensor unplugged
