In conclusion, as the subconscious mind only knows the present, as it doesn't ask question and just act, as it feeds on repetition to create habits and thus influence your outer reality, this is what you should do : Feed it with constant, repetitive and always positive affirmation. Also, act as if what you picture in your mind is real, speak as if it's real, feel as if it's real, act as if you are the person you imagine. Never give up on this process, NEVER! Oh and don't forget to Believe, think, talk and act this way in the Present Tense, always the present...
Do this constantly, everyday, continuously and you'll be the person you want to be, with the habits you want to have. And your outer reality will reflect this fact.
The key word here is NEVER GIVE UP because as soon as you "give up" on this process you continue to reinforce your subconscious with the old non preferred beliefs that you kept feeding it since you are a child and these beliefs created your today reality. So if you want a new reality, think and act differently than you ever did.
    Thank you.
    Kind regards.
    :)
Your subconscious mind approves this message.

Learning to access the subconscious through meditation was the single most life-changing moment in my 30 years of life. My second most was dying and being brought back when I was hit by a car, which in its own way is responsible for me desiring to learn to meditate. So yeah, in my own anecdotal experience accessing my subconscious was more life-changing than ta near-death experience.

one thing I may add from personal experience: Let me call it a "sleep on it problem solving" function. In 1977 I was a cashier at a bank and one day managed to have a large cash excess in my cash float. Management and I searched until about 22h00 but could not find the fault. I went home and slept. When waking up the next morning I knew exactly where the fault occurred. I still remember it to this day. The other thing to mention is not from personal experience. Allegedly your sub conscious has a healing power, which can pick up on positive or negative remarks a surgeon might make while his patient is sedated. When positive remarks are made the patient has a better chance of healing than when negative remarks are made. I cannot quote references as to where I read this but it was based on a study made by an American doctor.

Some nights I lucid dream, I’m fully aware that I’m dreaming(so aware, I can think of what I ate the previous day, my instagram password, moms birthday, plans for the next day etc.) the scene becomes crystal clear, detailed, vivid, a whole world and not dream-like at all. Being aware and looking out into the horizon and seeing birds flying in the distance, or standing in a kitchen and appreciating the details of the floor tile, or the trim on the walls both equally amazing. I usually have some sort of “guide” , she’s a young woman and answers all my questions and actually talks to me. I know I’m just speaking to myself, but I have no clue what she is going to say. We have hung out in my dreams and even gone to a house party together, all while I telling her how I was going to remember everything. And I did, can’t wait to go back.

Dtp 1deepcantu yes, any sort of excitement will push you right out of dream land. You could be scared or happy, but if your emotions spike you’re out. It’s annoying but if you continue to have lucid dreams you learn to calm yourself, and to expect excitement and just simply stay calm through it. I can’t lucid dream on command , but I can control a lot of things, like the time of day, weather, or the color of walls etc. Cant quite control every single thing, I think that takes more experience. I’ve had maybe 20 lucid dreams in my life. You start to get the hang of it after acknowledging what they are(for me that happened about 3 years ago. I had already had many lucid dreams before, but i was still being taken by the dream or a slave to the dream). But more recently I’ve taken these dreams by the BALLS, calmly of course and have explored my subconscious, as well as the amazing visuals. Can’t wait for my next one!

    colours evolution.
    shape shifting visions.
flashes of lights although his lids are shut.
    sensory amplification.
time stands still- acceleration in progress.
he is very tired in the morning, exhausted, fatigue. he remembers it all.
he is weird. he insist he can summon all the above any time he likes, by amplifying a feeling (?)

Mind tends to forget skill if we don't practice the skill everyday.
Mind get motivated to perform any act if it in an social environment, ie with people, who are also performing the same act. This can be evident from the fact that when we are in school and when everyone are studying for exams, we also get the fear or motivation to study.
Mind always loves to interact with people as we humans are social animals
Mind will take initiatives to grow itself only when it is thrown to a discomfort zone.

Is there a limit to what the brain can handle and perceive? The human brain uses 20% of all the energy in your body. It’s using a lot of electricity which can light up a light bulb with ease. Our brains are using all they can although we aren’t aware of it. Strange detail: when sleeping, the human brain is more active when awake.

I understand that many phobias stem often from childhood experiences from a time we cannot consciously remember due to our underdeveloped brains. It is why many people will tell you they do not know why this or that upsets them because it based on a situation that happened before their conscious memory was better intact.
I am hearing and reading a lot that there are no accidents, but there are many results from unplanned environments or risky decisions, I might add. A lot of crime can be avoided if those who need professional help knew where to go to find it when their mind is not right. Too often, we only learn of their madness, after they have acted out badly. Even on those occasions, little is done, or court ordered, to direct these people to people to someone who are qualified to help them learn how to take control over their subconscious, mad, utterly useless minds that they cannot begin to control without learning the right tools to counteract what their subconscious is telling them might be a good or fun idea. Madness, is not as difficult to understand then many people think that it is. Using information as a basis to steer you away from those voices in your head can help a lot of people from embracing the darkness that is in their heads. You can learn how to fight it, so it won't overcome what you know to be the right thing to do.
I have also been made to question if some physical pain, is more the result of our unconscious mind, once it has been trained to adapt to a hostile environment, struggling constantly to calm down, stop over-reacting to every little thing by tightening our muscles into what feels like knots? There can be some logic found in this thought. Just as we must tense up to endure the weight of receiving something heavy, like a severe beating, so too, our brain goes on red alert whenever it senses any sort of danger, real and unreal. The truth is over time, this kind of behavior often causes real, physical bodily harm to us. Which is why more studies need to be looked into this idea.

The whole thing about the subconscious communicating primarily with images and emotions is what fucks me up.
Cuz I have full on conversations with other people from other worlds in my dreams.
I ask them questions, and personal, complicated questions that require a sense of independent thought, opinion and analyses. And every time I find someone in my dreams that behaves like a whole independent organism with a whole system of reality to introduce me to. I’m fucking blown away every time. It doesn’t happen a lot exactly, but it happens enough for me to have some serious questions about what goes on in and out of my mind o.o it leads me to a lot of paradoxical dead ends.
I am persistent at examining my behavior, personality, internal experiences and distinguishing them to best of my ability in moments thru the day, and personal time to myself. I’ve been studying the subconscious since about 14,15. And I’ve always held on to my imagination, and applying it every day life. It has always been such a special thing to me.
Psychedelics have shown me what I can do with my imagination, and have evolved my dreams from wondering roads to wondering planets, and alternative realities. It’s made the images in my dreams far more clearer, detailed and memorable. I have even mastered warping the dream state to my will. Flying is also much more fun.
I suppose there is some likelihood of my subconscious being especially informed of itself and performs even more complex scenarios/experiences in my dreams. I have become very skilled at distinguishing external and internal influences on myself, I suppose it could be some sort of personal challenge my subconscious puts me though to keep this skill of mine sharpened. Some blades can only be sharpened so much before they are warn thin. And if this is my case, I do fear it.

Riches must be worked for, cultivated and planned out before they come but poverty doesn’t require much energy. Or even in the case of sugar. It’s easy to eat sugary food that’s not good for you but it’s difficult to put into your body the right nutrition because often times they’re correlated with food that’s not that appealing to taste or eyes.

So, if children under 8 are controlled by their subconsciousness, then why are they able to talk since the subconscious doesn't have a verbal processor?
Also, I play pretend with my two year old a lot, and he doesn't get upset when we pretend to eat food or talk on the phone. In fact, my two year old once picked up a comb and pretended that it was a phone. So, if kids under 8 are being controlled by their subconsciousness and, therefore, don't know the difference between what's real and what isn't, then how is my son able to play pretend with me while not getting frustrated? He doesn't get upset/frustrated when the comb doesn't answer back and the food, that we're pretending to eat, isn't really going into our mouths?

Your conscious doesn't develop till around 9. From 2-7 your subconscious grows the fastest. In other words, you spent your first decade living in your subconscious." I steady butcher shit... But sometimes I look at ppl like no way you remember shit from like 6 yrs & under. Then I'm like scratch. Bc I remember shit, vaguely 😅...smiley face bc sometimes I was innocent... "This is why kids seem innocent." Me: no... I did mean sh. -sometimes. I guess, I knew it was wrong. I just didn't think I'd suffer consequences. Like when I pushed that girl off bc she took too long to jump & she broke her ankle. Or when I hid from my b.sitter at a house over & made her cry. Or when I wouldn't let the kitty go & that girl's dad, a popo, got mad at me. Or when I wasn't drawing houses w/grass & rainbows, I drew circles. Like a contious cycling circle that just kept getting darker, till I tore a hole in the paper. Sometimes, I'd just stab it,bc I didn't have the patience & i liked the agression. I questioned if I was a psycho, even as a kid.

Subconscious mind is so vast that its fascinating... conscious mind is 5% of the brain and in our daily life we use around 10% of the brain... that means we are not using around 90% to 95% of our brain our whole life yet it keeps working in the background..... u might meet some people sometime and feel like u know them from somewhere... sometimes u hear some words and it takes u to some other place... sometimes u smell a perfume and u suddenly remember someone..: its all subconscious mind... it records way more than we realize.... you know when u are in a group of 10 and everybody is speaking to each other and u are also speaking to a person.. normally ur conscious mind would only focus to listen and understand that one specific person meanwhile ur subconscious mind would listen to all those 10 people and will record every word..... sometimes u dream about someone saying something good about u and in real u dont even know that person this thing is probably the work of subconscious mind telling u that they heard something or saw something from that person when your conscious mind was somewhere else...
