1st step, avoid defender then 2nd step land on BOTH feet then bounce off the ground with BOTH feet (pro hop), legal? Or travel?

Coach rocky when you drive are you supposed to push the defense in to get to the paint I was like maybe be if I start contact and fight early I can probably get to the paint straight
You don't necessarily need to bump or "create contact", if you get your footwork right you should be able to blow by with or without contact.

@@jeremybarnes5025 Lol yup if you get your feet right and use your jab step right you should be able to catch em off guard especially if your coming off a catch- catch it rip through with a lean in jab step any direction of your choice or wherever your defender is standing give em agood jab even add a lil pump fake works best if you do it super quick off a pass

@@jeremybarnes5025 my guy im trying to explain to you that you can blow by using. Your jab step triple threat means you can either shoot, pass and drive so you choose drive that is the same thing as someone passing you the ball you act like your going shoot it as you pump fake and jab then drive
