You come across a little less confident since the "break-up" with I love BB. A word of encouragement. You are still the same person with the same knowledge and love for the game. Awesome video Coach. Can you do a video breaking down general footwork like spin move footwork, hesi footwork, crossover footwork, fadeaway footwork, behind the back footwork and etc.
Hi,during the preparation for the shot, the arm with that take the shot must be rigid, or I must leave it relaxed and focus on the strength and rigidity of the wrist and the grip of the hands ? because I tend to stiffen my elbow by contracting my arm while shooting .. Thanks!
The one you feel the most comfortable with. But doing with the arms too relaxed is going to make you get a swipe or lose the ball when you are bringing it up.
