Love, love this design, the front entrance into a foyer, the cozy living room with the book case and fireplace merging into the kitchen. The window placements, pocket doors, imaginative bathrooms, overall a fun floor plan.

Love this one! I wouldn't change a thing, except maybe add another bedroom to the downstairs, but this is perfect!
I was thinking if I had a wide enough yard, the garage could be a 3rd bedroom, and a longer garage (with room for a freezer, a door to the backyard and some mudroom storage) could go next to it, with a door into the kitchen. It would be fabulous!

Love seeing some windows with drapes... lots of tiny homes look like they gave up privacy with square footage. This is one I would happily live in.
I absolutely love this home, I like how you handled the garage doors--charming without that utilitarian look usual garage doors have. I also think it's a wonderful use of space, really stunning!
Simply beautiful. I love the floor plan out of all the videos I've seen on this channel & others. The things I like the most are #1 A GARAGE! Most small or tiny homes never include a garage or a covered carport. I like the added touch of a door from garage into the house. #2 foyer entry with ample storage space for coats, shoes, hats, etc. #3 living/dining area & kitchen towards the back of the house - yes, finally! Most designs show the living room or kitchen immediately upon entering the front door, which makes it look so cramped for space. The living room & kitchen/dining areas have a great layout as it all flows nicely together. #4 the rear door leading out to the back yard. Again, most other designs have only one entry point (not very safe in case of fire or other emergency). The only thing I would add to is a back porch or deck (to match the front). Nothing elaborate or huge, but just big enough for either a small BBQ grill and a outdoor table with seating or a hot tub jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation! Great job designing this one, it is now my favorite.
I would have also loved this home on one level with two bedrooms downstairs and I large bathroom. Living room made smaller, too.

Love the laundry on 2nd floor. The only change I would make would be to get rid of that corner tub.

Love the laundry and all the windows on the 2nd floor! This house is spacious, yet looks so tiny and cute from the outside. And the garage is a wonderful, and necessary addition!!
Beautiful home but I would add a TV in the living area & banister ( even a skinny one) for the stairs.
Very beautiful design. The only problem is there is no storage in garage area or otherwise and no pantry. Every house needs a pantry which includes storage space and a place for a small chest or upright freezer.
The living room is so cozy, the whole downstairs is cozy. The up stairs ain't half bad either. 😊

You outdid yourself with this one. The kitchen is the ideal layout for someone who has difficulty walking, and the laundry center upstairs, where the clothes are, is perfect!
I think this is the nicest house I have seen you make so far! Many times, I notice you create dining rooms that in normal life would be a lot of waisted space. This one has it all and very well placed. I would actually like to live in this house!

This house doesn’t look small it was great and the architecture is great 👍 and it looks very spacious the way th the things are set up in it and the yard looks great
I'm as far as the front hall, but have to say I am really liking it so far. Great to have a proper entrance to a home. One note: there is no way a sliding door meets building code nor is safe as the connection between house and garage. That MUST be a fire rated safety door and it absolutely must seal completely. A steel door with magnetic weather stripping is the easy way to achieve a safe door. The rest of the ground floor looks lovely. Even the kitchen is good as is. High praise indeed from me. On the way up the stairs now, and serious safety issue. Never have windows that close to the stair treads. First off, they would have to be custom made with tempered glass, so very expensive. Second is the lack of privacy. The window in the side wall can be raised to a safe height easily, solving that issue. I would do the same with the front window. Make it work with the design but safely.
You're so right about the fire code regarding the garage door. I didn't notice it was a sliding door, which is much prettier, but it does have to be fire rated. Good catch!
The need for a fire rated door slipped by me. The window on the stairway could become a half-height, and did you notice that there's no railing? (Usually required by building codes.)

The living room turned diagonally makes it feel very spacious. I love the upstairs landing and the laundry. Would be nice to have a sink nearby. The garage is small and it needs a regular swing door, not a pocket door. That, or create another bedroom downstairs.
I like the interesting ceilings in the bedrooms. You know, I think you could carve out a small office in the landing up the stairs, maybe add a nice built-in desk with some drawers and storage with connections for a computer. You could also make the peninsula in the kitchen a bit longer to add more storage, there's room for it. The built-in bookcase in the living room is great. It's so nice that you have included a garage. The bathroom upstairs is very comfortable. The 1/2 bath at the entry and the washer-dryer combo upstairs are super convenient. Good job!

I really the little lounge area at the top of the stairs. The way the furniture is placed in the living room makes the area look huge . Love all the windows ...especially by the table and chairs . I would like a window in the bathroom upstairs . Love having a garage attached to the house . I think I could get used to laundry upstairs . Very nice house
Loved so much about this design...BUT must have window in bathtub bathroom, change out some doors and raise the washer/dryer, and walkout on the master bedroom. I really like so much of the furniture!! What a nice surprise. Thanks.
You titled this one very well as it IS beautiful and relaxing! My favorite aspects are the kitchen (perfect for a small home), the short chair-rail trim in the downstairs and the little sitting nook at the top of the stairs. And nice fade at the end when you go from 1st to 2nd floor. Only critique is the 2nd bedroom walls mean someone has to basically dive into their bed to use it. :)

This one checks most of my boxes, and its assets are mentioned in the previous comments. The downstairs bath appears to have room under the stairs for a shower, but it's just a blank space. I'm not fond of an angled step, but it was probably necessary to get them to fit, and the railing is missing. The area at the top of the stairs is where I would put my workstation.

Clever, inviting, practical and close to perfect! I would move in to this house in a hearbeat! It is good to see a design that has the major living areas oriented toward the back 😊. The front porch is sweet. The front bedroom is unusal, but I like it! It's nice to have an attached garage for harsh climates, and you managed to make the front garage cute. It was smart to make the porch roof metal.
A few suggestions -
Over the bed in the front bedroom - that does not look like a window, it looks like an attic vent, used to reduce moisture buildup in unfinished attic spaces that are not temperature-controlled - consider using a "real" window, instead of a attic vent, when the attic is finished out to be a living space.
The other suggestions are just cosmetic/optional:
Consider adding some closet doors between the powder room and that open space under the stairs. It is a great place for brooms and other cleaning equipment and supplies that no one wants to look at all the time 😂 (but a curtain would be okay too).
Consider a window over the bathtub. It could have waterproof curtains. You could peek out at the view while having a good soak, and there would be enough natural light to grow a potted plant in the bathroom. That kind of tub is sometimes called a "garden tub" because it has a plant shelf, and having a window would help the tub live up to that name.
Consider having a door between the garage and the outside, in addition to the door between the garage and the house.

Very nice layout. Would have 1 large bedroom with bigger window and bigger bathroom upstairs and a large closet instead of second bedroom. Could have more counter space in kitchen. People like that for their baking. Round edge is nice to have. Other than that, it's really a cute place to come home to. Wonderful job! :)

I have on question though. What is that void space in the downstairs bathroom under the staircase?
The foyer is a wonderful drop zone space with a lot if organization options.

Very interesting design! The only thing that I would change is the washing machine and dryer place. Usually, we don't put them next to bedrooms as we may use them during the night ;-)

I love love love this one! In my climate, I would need a basement foundation and a weather tight door to the garage but there is a lot of opportunity here to plan it.

I love every side of the exterior I think the porch is beautifully designed definition touches I like all sides of the house outside inside is perfect and great the only thing I do not like her two things refrigerators too small I would want that a little larger showers way too small a stand-up plain-jane shower in there then that other than that I would like to know what the prices on this house because I would definitely consider buying this I've been scouring for days and endless hours everyday for a couple weeks now I'm getting ready to sell my own house this is my favorite so far to date I love everything about it is just the two things the shower does not work for me and neither does that frigerator it's a little too small so if you could send me the price I'm definitely interested
Arched area of bedroom needs skylights on each side. Not sure if I'm ok with that laundry area at the top of the stairs. I would prefer a separate laundry room.

Beautiful, functional, and I love how the entry hall opens up to the expansive living/dining room with backyard views❣️ It is so beautiful, one barely notices the kitchen to the other side. Love the backdoor to the private yard, where I'd have a farmstyle dining table on a small covered patio. Love the W/D near the bedrooms! The exterior viewed from the front is charming and doesn't spoil the surprise of what awaits inside. Well done, Jasper👏

One thing I don't like about these tiny houses. There open floor plan. Entryway I liked. Living room opening into the kitchen. No no no no.
