Wish they made a new brand name and kept Lotus purely lightweight performance.

Jeez that's a busy front styling package. I'm sure it looks better in the metal but not a massive fan

Yo broer, have you still not been able to get your hands on the new M135? Would love to hear how quiet it is and how much they've ruined the exhaust note.

If im seeing it right its around 400 + kms from a full charge but i wonder how much that drops if being used for spirited drives. Not that im looking to buy it😅

It is interesting how low the torque figure is vs kW. My EV has 455kW but 1015nM of torque. I find it interesting that there is such a big difference in torque but basically the same power. Also mine is slightly heavier but significantly quicker to 100 and rolling acceleration

The 0-200 is more impressive than the 0-100
After it gets going it’s super rapid for a car that weighs as much as a house.

I own one and one reason I choose the Emeya is the fact, that it is more like an ICE car concerning power delivery. Not super fast on the bottom end but very impressive between 100-250. And as I am german and we have unrestricted roads that counts for me more than 0-100.
It is (in reality, I own the Boreal Grey version) a very good looking car which gets a lot of positive feedback, even from Porsche owners and the interior is really premium (better than the german premium brands, which I know very well)

@ if only Australia had an unrestricted road, our country is the biggest nanny state when it comes to speeding.

This car takes 7.3 seconds for 100-200 km, which is too slow. The price of the Su7 Max and Zeeker 007 is only half of it, and 100-200 km only takes 6.8 seconds

Fact is Chapman himself always wanted a big 4-door sport-sedan in the Lotus line-up. There were already design concepts for it but he died before the car could materialize.

Chapman killed it. Chinese reinvented it.

If Porsche can build big heavy cars why can't Lotus. Connecting Lotus to light weight only is just ridicolous
