Hera was the most jealous out of all of them and since she's the goddess of Marriage, that role can easily go to Aphrodite since that has to do with love. But either way, the gods had human emotions including jealousy so I don't think having a god of envy was truly necessary. Aphrodite bonded people together in a romantic matter so she definitely did her job as a love goddess.

In ancient times, my people chose to worship deities that were relatable to them and use them as learning experiences. So although you call Aphrodite a "karen" her attitude towards things was to teach people back then whats right and wrong. Honestly, I'd say it's wayy more interesting to worship someone who isn't perfect and who can actually teach you things than God and Jesus who didn't sin at all. Having a god who doesn't commit sin doesn't actually teach you anything but want to sin.
