Royal Gorge Bridge & Zipline!!

We stayed in Canon City so we could visit the Royal Gorge. We Rode the tram across the gorge and ziplined back. Then we walked across the bridge which is 1200' above the ground. We grabbed a snack and some local beer. Thanks for coming along with us.

Great video. I was surprised to see the incline cars laying on the ground. I had thought that part made it through the fire. The wife and I did the incline back in 1999 and had a blast. We stayed down close to the river a long time. Glacier National Park is beautiful. You need to go. We are old now and all I have is you guys, who post on TH-cam the help bring back the memories. Wife will not let us go back because she is afraid I will try to do the zip line. I probably would too. Thanks again for sharing.

I'm pretty bummed the incline didn't survive or get rebuilt. A security guy told my friend that the cars were sitting by a maintenance area outside the main part of the park. So of course we had to find them :-)
I will definitely be going to Glacier at some point. We want to go to Hawaii and Alaska also.
The Zipline is very secure, I'd say anybody can do it wink wink...
