  • While we were in Silverton we hit a couple of trails. Today it was Ophir pass over to Telluride. Fun trail and so beautiful with the fall colors and snow on the peaks.
    Thanks for tagging along.

Very nice video this area is my back yard and on the trails the vehicle going up has the right of way because it is harder getting going up then going down right and backing up sucks down hill I had to on this trail for some people that really had no off road expenses anyways thank you for the video and respecting others on the trails..

That's cool that you get to enjoy this area on a regular basis. I hope more people continue to respect the trail and each other.
      Thanks for watching.

What trails have you done in the GC?is it stock?taking my stock Cherokee trailhawk to Colorado and Utah in July.

I've done Fins & Things, Hells Revenge, Long Canyon Rd and Gemini Bridges in Moab. I've also done Ophir and Black Bear in Colorado plus Last Dollar Rd. I put 2" lift with pretty aggressive tires. I'm impressed how well it did. I have videos of all the trails if you want to see what they're like.

@@midnitesilverrun8631 no problem. I'd suggest, if you do Hells Revenge, go out the way you came in. There's a spot where the trail splits and exits a different way and that was the most challenging. I wasn't sure we had enough ground clearance but we managed.

@@midnitesilverrun8631 That's cool. Definitely need to pay attention on Black Bear. It gets the adrenaline going.
There is a smaller hot tub that isn't to bad that you can probably try. Hope you have a great time.

@@Wuldier pretty amazing the difference a few days can make.ithink they got most of that snow that night or the day before.
It would be pretty cool to go the other way. We also did Black Bear 2 days later and almost turned around just past the summit because of the snow. I'll have that video up in a little while.

@@GregoryMeekins Its a 2012 Limited. It rocks off road. We did trails in Moab a couple of years ago. I put the videos on here if you're interested. The only downside I have is the traction control sucks in the sand/mud, and the ground clearance.
