I find working out to this makes exercise a experience of asking God for strength, rather than rejoicing in your own strength and becoming proud
I don't work out to anything, i cancelled my Ymca membership. I think its good for when you are going to bed.
I knew someone who sang monotones so (here on youtube) amazingly it was heaven to hear.

This touched my soul
Thank you for uploading This Michael
thank you for sharing

Can you post the 17th Kathisma? I have read it from my psalter from the holy transfiguration monastery repeatedly, but I would love listening to and eventually memorizing psalm 118(119)!
Tap the'down' arrow to the right of the title and you will see the option to follow the transcript.
Kathisma 3 starts at 18:04
Is this important?
@@Mishakol1290 just a way to quickly get to the start of that kathismata.
Thank you!
Where do you purchase from?
Demetris Klados www.holycross.org/products/psalter-audio-recording
@@Mishakol1290 very cool. Thank you
Why the monotone? You might as well just read it.
I like monotone
It’s to prevent the reader from putting his or her own emphasis or meaning on the words so the message is unadulterated
