We have them now in the United States 🇺🇸 List price is $4,499.00, with dealer markup and destination charges can be from $4,999 to $$5,400 out the door. Every dealership is different 😜 And yo pay extra for racks and bags 😜The PCX is only $350 cheaper, but comes with a rack, street tires, and street suspension. The dealership wasn’t marking up the PCX, just $400 destination and $199 set up fees. It’s still expensive at $4,748 out the door. The XR150L was $3,271 out the door. Also comes with a rack. Only charge $200 destination and $100 surcharge on it. Don’t know why the scooters have a more expensive markups. Forgot about taxes and other charges. He wouldn’t give me a final quote until I was ready to buy and sign some papers.
I called my local dealer and asked about a new one and he said $6300 otd! I declined! 3 weeks later they posted a trade in with 850 miles for $3999 and I bought it

This video fails to identify two significant changes over the ADV 150, at least with the USA model. There is no mention of the HSTC system or the idle-stop function. I am trying to find out whether the idle-stop function can be temporarily disabled each time you start the bike and ride without it, or whether it must be engaged to operate. To me, the explanation in the online users manual is confusing on the issue, and there is some conflict in the few videos available in english that mention it. For me, it's a game changer on whether I trade in my ADV 150 for the 160 ... I don't want it or at least want to be able to disable it when I start up to ride.
ADV 160 sold all over asia have idle stop and HSTC. It is disabled with a simple switch on the handlebars. See th-cam.com/video/O4NgaDr8rpY/w-d-xo.html
The ADV 160 does not come with idle-stop for the US market. I have the scooter and it does not come with it.

I also really don't want no parts of that useless dysfunction, really upset me because I really looked forward to getting the 160 soon, now ill likely look at the zuma 125 or possibly even xmax 300

@@thereality700 I have the Honda ADV 150, does highway no problem but I wouldn't take it out on the interstate. but the fact they're $6,800 new OTD and worth $3,500 once off the lot is unacceptable
@@Lincolnator721 wow - I thought that price was near the ADV 350 range. Way overpriced at $6,800. I like the gas mileage on the ADV 125, but that price is too much.
