    I have exclusively used Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner (No 4 and No 5) on my hair for the past 9 months and so I wanted to share my final thoughts on the products, if they are worth the hype and money and if I'd recommend them to others.

    Loved hearing your take on this. Totally agree about the price being worth it! I’m trying to break the habit of always going for cheaper drugstore hair care. I have fragile hair and the salon stuff is quality over quantity. Just gotta get over that sticker shock. Also wanted to point out one small thing. Olaplex shampoo and conditioner both definitely have silicones, just usually the lighter weight, more water soluble ones like amodimethicone. :)

      Thanks for commenting, quality is definitely essential when it comes to shampoo and conditioner for me 🙏🏻 thanks for sharing those insights regarding silicones, I wasn’t aware when filming!

    Salon products always claim to be more concentrated than drugstore hair care, therefore you use less. While I do find they’re higher quality and leave my hair feeling better, I also find I use almost the same amount as drugstore hair care. I feel Olaplex shampoo and conditioner are truly very concentrated and I notice I use considerably less than with any shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used. Not only that, but my dry, damaged hair feels so much smoother, nourished and healthier than most other salon products I’ve tried. The price tag may appear to be a little hefty, but with each use, I’m reminded of where my money goes! Def worth the investment!

    Thank for this video! I have fine hair and not many hair . I have blonde balayage and I am thinking now of using olaplex. I can’t afford the whole range so if I have to choose between this shampoo and conditioner OR the olaplex N3 which one do you recommend?
    Can you have nice hair like yours with only this tow or do you need a hair mask too?

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey lovely! From Olaplex if you can only choose two products I’d say go for Olaplex no 0 and no 3, the reason being is that they are the most concentrated with their bond repairing patented ingredient and will give you the best immediate results.
      In terms of my hair, I use hair masks most of all from any other product and so I’d absolutely recommend them as part of your routine ☺️

    You are soo right
    When i first purchase my Kerastase, its like a mind battle for me
    Turns out the 250ml shampoo lasted me for like 10 months
    So definitely worth every penny

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's hard to fathom that a smaller shampoo and conditioner will last longer, but understanding you don't need to use as much as you think as well as the professional nature of the formula, it really does last forever!
      The amount of people I have introduced to Olaplex and come back 6+ months later and tell me still how much they have to use is so joyous!

    Hi thank you for the video . Do you recommend this two or Olplex N3 if I have to buy just one or two products.
    I also wonder what do you use to protect your hair from heat?

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      And from a heat styling point of view, I use a heat protection spray and Olaplex oil. Though I often blow dry on the cold setting to prevent heat damage and very very VERY rarely style with heat on my hair. Heatless curls are a game changer and a hair saviour too 🙏🏻

  • @natasha8966
    @natasha8966 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It depends on how much you use of shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo and conditioner normal size can last me a long long time.

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They certainly can! For me I definitely got a much thicker lather from the Olaplex range than I have from any shampoo/conditioner I’ve used and therefore only needed the tiny bit to really cleanse my scalp. It’s amazing when you find products that work for you! ✨

    Hi great review can I ask is it more worth it to buy the shampoo or conditioner? If you had to buy one

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching. If you can only buy one I’d say definitely the shampoo as it cleanses the hair so well, though the two work well in unison to strengthen the hair ☺️

    Do you recommend using shampoo then conditioner or is the reverse hair washing method allowable using these products? Which way do you recommend?

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’d definitely recommend using this in the recommended way - shampoo then conditioner - for best results ☺️

    does the shampoo stimulate the hair growth? i am suffering with my hair after covid, and im watching too many sets for my hair but cant decide there are to many choises..

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It doesn’t stimulate hair growth specifically but I’d say due to the bond restoring qualities of Olaplex, it helps to prevent and “mend” breakage, helping to strengthen existing hair. I found my hair has grown and strengthened using it so I’d 100% recommend ☺️

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If your hair is particularly damaged and brittle, I'd recommend starting with the No 3 from Olaplex - it's the highest % of their patented ingredient and works amazingly to help bond repair.
