This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Scotbilt Homes. The model for this home is the “Oglethorpe." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I would put a table with a bench seat ( at least on one side) so that I could push the table up against the wall. That way I could pull it out if I had company, but otherwise it would be pushed in, allowing for more walk-way space.

Hey Chance. That’s what I like some separation between the living room and kitchen. Especially like the drawer over door cabinets in kitchen too!!! They act like people living in singlewides don’t need kitchen drawers.
I am really loving the separation of kit and LR.

I like the darker colors. I really love that 50's style separating wall between the kitchen and living room. Thats what I like.
OMG! I did not realize that was a singlewide until you mentioned it! WOW! Ok, I have to say, with this being a single wide, it sure is designed for space!!! I'm literally shocked.
I think they landed on the perfect floorplan for singlewides, if someone is looking for the most room.......or the illusion of it.

Pretty impressive kitchen for a single wide. You're right, it did seem to have a beach-y vibe. We really liked this home. The exterior was also very nice. I'm really liking the lighter flooring. Another winner!!

Theres no room at the bar for your knees . Guess you would have to sit sidesaddle. A sink in the laundry room would be a plus. The dinning table is always nice ,if you have company. Those windows are wonderful to look out when your having morning coffee. The flooring and colors are nice. Best master set up I've seen in a single. Very nice ! Trying to convience my husband to consider a single at retirement, so far no luck! I'll keep looking at your videos the right home will find me 😊 thank yah.

I agree, the bar top needs to be larger to allow for proper seating. Master bath had lots of storage!
I would rather get rid of the bar top and have more counter space for food prep

I would def keep the table in the kitchen. More comfortable seating for me.
The xtra closet in the main bedroom. You’ll need it for storage sine there’s no where else to put linens. Etc
Yay…this model features overhead vents for heating and air conditioning in a single wide! I wish more manufacturers would do this!
I like when there’s a division between the living room and the kitchen. The bath near the entrance was nice too.
I vote for the table. I'm a fan of a true 4 seater table. Usually my hang ups with singlewide homes.
Large kitchen with lots of counters and cabinets for single wide. Love the large window in the bathroom. Perfect home if you ask me for single wide!!

I'm hoping to eventually have enough money to get a new single wide. Living in an old clunker from the 70s currently. Not horrible but not great. I moved in to a trailer park due to the insane cost of living we're seeing lately, so I got lucky to find something affordable. I've really come to like the way mobile homes are designed. They're not big, when I first saw mine from the outside I thought I'd feel suffocated with how narrow they are, but once you step in to them they're perfectly comfortable. Space is utilized rather well with these things, and I'm kind of a minimalist so I like that a lot. Seeing these newer ones, looks like any normal house to me. They're just a funny shape from the outside.

Very nice single wide with awesome options and all of that with an affordable price.
It’s nice to see a quality home at an affordable price chance. I could picture this as maybe a single parent that doesn’t have the finances as some do but could still home they could be proud of. The way I look at it not everyone has the money to purchase a home in the mid 250’s and or low 300’s so great job again chance mixing it up. God bless to you and yours.

The bar area doesn't hang over enough to sit at it.
The table could actually go right in the middle of the kitchen since there's no island. A counter height table could serve double duty.

Agree about the partition, it's nice. As is having the 2 windows on the far LR wall. Without them this type of layout often looks small & oppressive. Really beautiful home :)
Very nice home, love the seperation between the kitchen and living room. Definitely has a beachy vibe; very befitting seeing as it's in Biloxi Beach and just a few blocks away from the world's longest man made beach.
I love that! That would be just right for the two of us. I'd maybe not have the stools by the little counter/bar area and put a big armchair or small settee there and put the TV on the opposite wall, and is have carpet in the master. But it's lovely 😊
I really like the window over window design and the devided light slider over the sink. It appears to have 9' ceilings or atleast a full 8'. The 7 and a half ceilings on singlewides just make them seem really small. The layout is awesome. It looks much bigger then the 14 or 15 foot is the Floorplan says it is. They really used the space well.
Great flloor plan, I like the seperation wall from the kitchen to the livingroom. It's still open but adds distinction for each room. No need for an island in a single section home so I like the dining room table where it is. Maybe in the main bedroom the two transom windows can be verticle instead of horizontal. You can still mix it up some as the rest of the transom windows are horizontal through out the home. So yeah, I like it and these videos give you an eye for detail after awhile.

I love this home! The living room and kitchen layout reminds me of The Arches which is an older single wide that I can no longer find. I live in Georgia so I will be looking for this home this summer. TFS

I LOVE this one! The only things I would change is put a bathtub in the master bathroom and put carpet in the rooms except for the kitchen and bathrooms. Since I do live in the cold part of the US.
I like the bar area too how it divides the kitchen and living room area.

I love this. It's really nice. The rooms are a good size. Love the primary bedroom/bathroom. The only thing I always look to see if there is enough room to have my kids and grandkids over for dinner,holidays. 8 of us. But this is very very nice

Nice single wide. I love seeing the window in the guest bathroom and the hallway. I would be happy with just an island with setting on one side, there was another single wide that had an island in the kitchen

First thing: no 2 tier kitchen counters. But I love the dual closets in the main bedroom. Also the shower had a built-in seat, yeah.

I'd personally like to have the open wall with the "Bar" area be a solid wall and have much needed upper cabinets on the kitchen side. This gives much needed added storage and better living room furniture arrangement/placement options.
Love this one , layout decor , all of it . I would only change the bar height counter down to cabinet height and make it a little deeper.
