- Jawaun and I go to local auction and We buy a 1957 2 door wagon handyman wagon not a nomad. I figured we couldn't afford anything but was lucky no one wanted this old thing but I love it. thank you. Yeah Dan is pretty cool guy and Dani is a sweetheart. We got invited to run with them on last day of powertour in 2022 had a great time. I've wanted a wagon for years but just never happened and I lucked up on this one. I hope to be on more drag and drive events next year and take a few cars to tri five Nationals this year in bowling Green Kentucky.
In HIgh school ( early 70's) a friend had one of these... Spent many days/evenings cruising in it..Good Memories....
when I was 17 I bought 2 57 chevys from a guy he had a 57 wagon he drove daily I wanted but that was one he was keeping. . That memory of that has stayed with me all these years I finally have one ro build.
I had a 57 210 2-door handyman wagon like this years ago. Good luck with the project.

Get an aftermarket frame and have a modern suspension under it..
sounds like a plan, I would like to do something similar to @JeffThisted I love his wagon a good cross country driver.

Who doesn't love Dan and Dani. I can't keep up with him though he's like a machine. They're pretty cool people to hang out with.
