I've said it before but have to say it again, you have the most amazing strength and control, your contractions and releases are always equal, no uneven or jerky movements. You are absolutely amazing!

我都練緊v-sit 但頂多45%度,同埋都hold唔到,而家係練 V TO L 3~5下,再馬上用Resistance band assist住做max hold
