Question. I fish a canal that’s about 40/ 50 feet wide in places and is about 6 miles long in between damn brakes. I catch crappie at the dam for a lil bit and then they turn off. I don’t catch anything under 11 inches could there be a shortage of crappie in this water? Sorry if that’s a dumb question. Lol I don’t want to hurt the environment. I don’t use over a 1000 series. 2500? That’s huge!!! I use 1000 series on my 8’ and over, and 500 on the 7’6 and below, but that’s just my preference.
