Hey just wanted to say thanks a million for this video! My 4 wheeler had some overspray on the fender from the previous owner. No idea what it was or how long it had been there but I had tried simple green, clay bar, everything but heavy abrasives and nothing touched it. I ordered some citrol and 3 minutes after it arrived my overspray was gone! Liked and subscribed!

Hi Scott,
I have a client that has white specks scattered throughout his truck. However, there are also white specks scattered across all of his black matte window trim. Would this product be safe to use for that particular surface, or do you think I should opt for something like Rapid Remover? I'm trying to determine which method would be best for this sensitive area.
Thanks for the idea. If you let the product sit on the surface for a couple of minutes it wipes off much easier. I am using it to remove 3 coats of Gatorback paint from the cladding on my 02 chevy avalanche.

Will this also work on touch up paint that dripped onto the door molding/trim that is similar plastic as the one you are demonstrating on?????
Scott do you wash the microfiber used to remove paint or tar in order to use it again? Do you wash them separately?

Ty. I had my 03 Corvette repainted at Maaco (for now). She actually came with a crappy respray. But, Somehow they got overspray on some of the plastics under the hood.

It will it work if the over spray is on rubber seal around the door jam and window ? Or window tint

Schaeffer's 0266LV 266 Citrol Low Voc Multi-purpose Degreaser & Cleaner is the only thing allowed in Kalifornia. It does not come in anything but a can. I want a gallon? To say I am pissed is a understatement! Hey Scott is there anything that can do the same thing?

Although I love Citrol, it did not remove overspray on my vehicle. Neither the paint, plastic trim pieces or rubber.
What about mud over spray from like a construction area came across it the other day, it was a nightmare the foam and pressure washer wouldn't remove it

it depends on the oil based paint..they aren't all the same..citrol will remove most stuff about 85-90% of the time..i will take those odds to vegas any day:)

Just tried removing some overspray from a body repair shop using Goo Off overspray remover. Didn't do jack. Just bought a bottle of this Citrol stuff off Amazon... wish me luck.

Under the bumper, I would think you would have wanted to have left the little red spots. They appear to have filled in rock chips and would have stopped any rust from forming like a primer.
